Poor customer service
Order placed 16th Aug, 7 to 10 days delivery promised.Received a tracking link 21st Aug, as of 1st Sept the tracking link is still showing pre-transit.Don't make promises you aren't going to keep is my advice.I have had no contact from these people explaining why, 16 days after i placed the order, I haven't received my goods.

Great quality for great value
Purchased these as I read a review on them written by a hiker and photographer. Was a bit sceptical that they have no brand name but they definitely exceeded my expectations. Nice clear view, good weight (not too heavy). Definitely would recommend if you want a decent binoculars for not too much money.

I made this account specifically to review this company. They sent me an item which was not the product advertised, then tried it on by telling me that it was the really, but it was just different branding. They don’t advertise the product I was sent, so it’s clearly a scam.
I commenced a return process and he was deliberate in trying to escape refund obligations by asking me about packaging etc. Thankfully I knew better so he wasn’t able to squirm his way out of doing the honest thing.
Avoid this store and spend your money somewhere that won’t try to rip you off with dodgy goods.
