So far so good. I fat fingered and ordered something I didn't want on accident. I sent them an email late evening and by morning they responded and refunded MY mistake. The product has shipped so haven't tried it yet. Thanks for fixing my mistake.

Love their product love the flavors only one where unflavored actually taste like nothing and the sour gummy creatine is absolutely great tasting the customer service was amazing for me I had an order get lost in the mail and they shipped me out a new one no questions asked they were very responsive very kind and I’ve got a little personal note of encouragement on every receipt of every package I get from them love this company love their product it really works muscle pumps are insane while working out. Actually now that I think about it when my order was lost in the mail they reached out to me first letting me know it looked delayed and that they were investigating into it and then they shipped me out a brand new whole order since it was damaged and lost in the mail top-notch customer service and nice people. I can’t say enough good things about them and their product I drink it every day. This is my honest review nobody incentivized me to write this nobody offered me anything to write this my last review was taken down because they said it wasn’t genuine enough so hopefully that doesn’t happen I had a great experience from a great company that I would recommend to anybody great flavors great people

Terrible customer service experience in my opinion. BEWARE. They charged me over the weekend and said the product wouldn't ship for two business days. It took them all day Monday to get back to me. Then they wouldn't cancel it for me. Take you money elsewhere people.

When I asked for the promised refund after trying the "No Risk 90 Day Trail" I was told I had to return the product. I asked how to return the product after it has been consumed in the 90 Day trial. They again just repeated that the product needed to be return. After repeated requests, they would no longer respond. Do not trust the promise of a no risk trial. Also the product does not fully desolve into a clear liquid as they show it their video.

After hiding the fact this purchased automatically turned into a subscription, the return refund backed out return shipping even though the website said no risk money back guarantee. after showing them that page they then said its their policy and UPDATED THE PAGE to reflect shipping would be backed out and then told me to go look at the page as if it were there all along (luckily had a screenshot). they still refuse to refund. this company is despicable and a scam

Was billed a 90 day creatine product, returned it because the product was super overpriced at 70 dollars and still haven't received my refund , and they take days to respond through email I would advise to stay away from them.

They say if you don't see results they will issue refund on website but after multiple requests they stopped responding.

I am an affiliate marketer for Gains In Bulk. I have generated around $20,000 in sales with about $6,000 in commissions, but I have only received half of that amount. I was suddenly removed from my dashboard without any prior notice. I have asked for an explanation, but the response was quite unclear. I have also asked about the remaining commissions but haven’t received any reply — only being told to wait. I sincerely hope Gains In Bulk can clarify this issue. Thank you.
