Very good online service.
Website order processed and delivered in good time. Chocolate Beltie bars come in individual packaging which is a nice touch and has been well done. Will be ordering again.

Are the monthly deliveries assured?
The original package arrived promptly but the next pack which was due to arrive on the first of August has not arrived. Please deal with this problem as this was a gift and I am concerned that the whole six month purchase is in jeopardy.
I look forward to a prompt response.

You first got in touch with us on Sunday while we were closed, and as soon as we opened on Monday morning we looked into it straight away. We spotted the issue, your second box had accidentally been set to dispatch on the 15th instead of the 1st, and fixed it immediately.
Your box was sent that same day by priority post, and we added an extra bar as a little treat. Everything is now back on track, with future boxes going out on the 1st of each month as planned. We’re delighted to hear your fudge-loving family member is looking forward to the next delivery!
