"Please check your inbox", and what do I see? {_SERIAL_NB_1} where my key should be.
I purchased a game from here because they're apparently a licensed retailer and they had a good deal, but my key is nowhere to be seen. I have purchased from many licensed stores in the past and I always received my key instantly, this is the first time that I receive absolutely nothing. I've been reading on reddit that they apparently need to manually validate your first purchase, I'm sorry but what? Who does this? Give me my game that I paid for already, I don't have to wait for you.
Hopefully I will get my key eventually but I'm never touching this site ever again, my friends are playing while I'm left with nothing. Horrible, ruined my night.

I was skeptical at first due to the lack of review and the agressive discount, but apparently is legit. Did some research on reddit too, but I managed to buy Tekken 8 at 21 euros. Best deal

I purchased " Destiny 2: Lightfall " And it worked smoothly got sent a activation key from both email AND the website but... A day later i purchase " Destiny 2: Legacy Collection " and now there's nothing but "{_SERIAL_NB_1}" template in the email and I'm left with nothing but time to wait for their response to my support email

December day 4, i bought lunarlux with them. But instead of receiving my activation key, I've got {_SERIAL_NB_1}. Worst than that, in their site i can't even view what i bought. And to finish the support is non-existent. You fill some info and they say the response will come by mail. But those are just empty words that leaves with your money

It's a scam website! Don't buy! They will get your personal and financial information and never provide you the key! Stay away!!!

Sold me keys they didn't have. I specifically reached out to their support to make sure NBA 2k21 keys were still in stock. At first the support guy didn't even understand what I was asking. Eventually, he said yes.. Well, I buy the key and of course they send me an email with an empty key field. Pathetic really

I'm one of the unlucky who got a revoked key, not sure the reason as I never received a refund. I didn't try redeeming the code until a couple months after purchase. I would avoid this dishonest seller, they have very bad business ethics.

Revoked a key without warning. No notification of any kind. I am not the only one dealing with this either.

Also, their ticket support page is absolutely atrocious! No confirmation whether your ticket submission actually went through or not. i.e., a prompt or email. Nothing! I've submitted three so far and they have yet to respond to any of them.

Awful customer service!

This was my first and last purchase.

Oh! Ya! I almost forgot! They removed the purchase, even though it went through, from my purchase history.

Avoid at all costs!

Very unprofessional. Had they at least sent me an email and owned up to their mistake I wouldn't be here advising people to avoid this seller.

Bought a heavily discounted key for a game called "Forgive me father" (90% off), and the key was successfully activated in Steam, and I played 17 minutes of it. The day after (today as I'm writing this), I opened Steam and had a message about seller revoking the key. No email or contact from them regarding their mistake and on the page they had scrubbed the purchase from the "purchase history" page.

Company is dishonest, deceitful, and revokes product key purchases. They do not respond to customer service emails. Avoid this scam company at all costs. They are not legit in any way, shape, or form.

I have purchased Dark Souls Remaster for nice discounted price. Confirmation email came immediately, but instead of Activation key there is only some kind of default template: {_SERIAL_NB_1}.

I cannot view my activation key on their website.
I cannot resend email with my legit activation key.

Filled ticket on their support page three times.
Wrote them email asking for real Activation key, that I have payed for.

No answer for three days.

Edit.: They sent me my real Activation code with no explanation.
My free weekend is gone and my will to shop again on Gamesload is gone also. Waiting three days for delivery of software activation code is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Do not provide online services and online shop, without adequate staff in support!
