What happened to the quality this year? I have bought shirts from Gant every year for the last 20 years. Always the same quality and fit. Always reliable. This year they have cheap, shoddy material and the fit is terrible. I think I’ll have to look for a new supplier if this stays like this. Still the same expensive prices though, obviously.

Emilia provided customer service that went far beyond anything I could have expected. I needed to exchange a garment, and she kindly arranged to have the replacement posted directly to my home address. What touched me most was that she even used her own money to cover the postage.
This was an act of genuine kindness and care that is very rare to find today. Emilia made the whole process easy and stress-free, and her willingness to help went well above and beyond her duties.
She is a tremendous credit to GANT and an excellent example of what outstanding customer service looks like. I hope her kindness and dedication are recognised by her management team.
If you’re visiting Kildare Village, I highly recommend calling into GANT. Staff like Emilia are the reason customers return and continue to support the store.

After some 30 years of shopping Gant clothes a simple exchange request was flatly refused.
The Terms and Conditions of Gant Club an Gant do not match but the management refused to cooperate. And all this for £50 worth of clothing.

I bought a watch last year and the watch company was giving a 3 year guarantee and after one year the watch got damaged and the company is asking for money to repair it.The watch glass and back haven't opened yet, but the company is telling me the watch is defective because of you. The watch glass is perfectly fine, and the back hasn't opened yet. The company is demanding payment for the problem, claiming it's a problem.I do not recommend anyone to buy a watch from this company.
Polo colour fade and shrinks.
Polo - Washed one and it colours got faded. It shrinks as well.
Jacket never delivered, no reply from Gant
I bought a jacket from Gant's online store. It was supposed to be delivered in two working days by DPD.
For days the web site said the jacket was at DPD's warehouse and would be delivered soon. Today it said the parcel was being returned to Gant - they never even tried to deliver it.
I contacted Gant customer service who have not replied.

Very poor quality polo shirt. Worn once, washed once per label washing instructions. Faded and lost colour. Waste of money. Never had an issue with other brands. Would not by again. Customer services useless in rectifying. Give it wasn't cheap, even in the sale, im very disappointed.
Nice clothes and the shops are fine but don’t shop online
I like the clothes and the shops, but the online shop/delivery/returns is terrible. I bought a very lovely linen blazer costing nearly £300 and it arrived stuffed in a paper bag with a few bits of tissue paper so it was completely crumpled and unwearable. After complaining, they did offer a small refund amount but I will never buy from them again as you expect a garment to arrive in pretty pristine condition at that price. I also ordered some jeans which are nothing like the photos on the website so am sending them back. I returned them 3 days ago and today received this message….which I think says everything about why you shouldn’t shop online with GANT…..
‘Great news - your return has been delivered to the Royal Mail sorting Depot and we are now waiting for Royal Mail to hand over your return to us.
When your return reaches our warehouse, it will take up to 3-5 business days to complete the quality control. After that it may take up to 10 working days to receive the refund. It will be sent through your original form of payment.’

Nach einer Wäsche voller Noppen und wirkt billig.
Ein weiterer Rollkragenpullover verliert am Rollkragen die Form nach zweimaligen Tragen.

5 star service
Made my first purchase from Gant this week, a ladies' leather belt. It arrived in style, in eco friendly paper and tissue paper, beautifully packaged and with a personal message to me - what a lovely touch you don't see often.
The belt itself is absolutely gorgeous, very good quality and perfect size. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Gants sizing
I have been a Gant customer for years. Over the last couple of years they have totally changed their sizing. What used to be XL is now 2XL and 2XL 3XL. I have been buying their Arley Jeans for many years and never had a problem with the size. These have now been replaced with their regular fit jeans which despite being the same size are smaller on the waist tight on the thighs. 'Gant we are not all slim and young'. People come in all shapes. If you want to lose business continue on this path.

Falta de cuidado/atencao no envio da minha encomenda
Fiz uma compra n. PT003612574 na Gant online no dia 24/2/26, só recebi a encomenda no dia 4/3/26. Nunca responderam aos meus emails. Enviaram a encomenda sem um porta fatos e apenas dentro de um saco plástico, sem nenhum cuidado, nem proteção com o transporte da mesma. A meu ver, a peça devia vir acondicionada numa caixa porque sempre protege mais, porque no transporte vem junto com várias encomendas. A peça é o valor também agradecia um porta fatos. Foi uma desilusão em todos os sentidos, não existiu o mínimo de cuidado e atenção com a peça e muito menos com o cliente, uma falta de atenção, respeito, responsabilidade com o cliente/consumidor.
Gant has the worst customer service
Gant has the worst customer service. I returned a top for exchange . They got it on the 2nd of Feb. To this day I haven’t received the exchange nor have I been refunded my money. I have called and written several times. But all I get from them is we’ve received the top and the warehouse will send you one in due course! I’ve asked for the money to be refunded but even that is proving to be hard. They say they’re working on it and they’ll get back but no one calls or writes back with any progress. I’ve had to go to my bank and see if they will be able to help! The worst customer service and it’s Unacceptable!
Extremely poor customer service
Ordered 2 items which, instead of being delivered to me were returned to Gant. Issue with Evri. Phoned customer services to be told they wouldn’t resend items as these are ‘winter stock’ and they are now only selling ‘summer stock’. I purchased these items when being sold on your website last week (Actually still being sold). The issue isn’t with the purchase, it’s with the delivery. I’m sorry but this is an unacceptable response. For a so called luxury brand, I expect more.
I am just sorry I didn’t read these reviews before ordering. Like other customers I have spoken to different Gant advisors and been given contradictory information.
The returns policy is a shambles
The returns policy is a shambles. The online return form would not accept the address two shirts were delivered to. (extremely long sleeves). Several phone calls ensued.
One of the shirts seemed to get lost on the return journey but did arrive. It then took a long time to refund.
It seems I'm not alone in my complaints, hence the low Trust Pilot rating. I wish I'd checked

Schlechte Qualität
Schlechte Qualität, Herrenpullover sofort retourniert, so eine schlechte Verarbeitung nie gesehen bei einer Marke. Die Daunenjacke Wolljacke Made in China, fühlt sich auch nicht hochwertig an. Wird keine weitere Bestellung geben. Das Kundenservice war freundlich. Aber: bei einer beschädigten Verpackung hätte ich als Kunde die Reklamation bei DHL abwickeln sollen. Das macht aber der Verkäufer/Absender. In Österreich liefert Post AG, nicht Dhl. Sollte man schon wissen, hat mich Zeit gekostet und war nervig.

I have been a Gant customer for over 20 years and normally buy from the store. I ordered something on line and there’s a Technical’ problem on my order for £103. The order is stuck in their system and they can’t release it, or cancel. The customer support is awful (called and spoke to 3 different people for updates) have just been told ‘a ticket has been raised’ so no goods and no money! I asked how I put in a written complaint as was told they were the complaints department and there was nothing they could do - I am sure this is illegal as they have my money and will not give it back!!!! Can’t believe how bad thi service is and they don’t seem to care.
