I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. Bought some socks for a present. Took 4/5 days for them to cancel my order as no stock, another 5 days to receive refund.
I order another pair in a different colour, the same thing happened again. Will not order from them again.

Excellent customer service.
When I had a delivery issue, Gant resolved the situation incredibly quickly, professionally, and efficiently. Gant's high-quality products, highly competent staff and, most importantly, their decent attitude to work and goodwill towards their customers are what give the company an excellent reputation.

Extremely Disappointed – GANT Quality Has Collapsed and Customer Service Refuses to Help
We have been loyal GANT customers for years, but this recent experience has been deeply disappointing. My father purchased two pairs of Regular Fit Twill Chinos from gant.co.uk (Black pair on 04/04/2024 and Dusty Navy pair on 02/05/2025). Both pairs discoloured badly and unevenly after only a few washes — despite following GANT’s own Care Guide to the letter (no fabric softener, correct temperature, etc.).
When we contacted customer service, GANT flatly refused to assist and told us to take it up with a consumer body — an astonishing response for a supposedly “premium” brand. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality and last a reasonable time, and these trousers clearly fail on both counts.
What’s worse is that GANT has been helpful in the past when handling defective items, but this time they have been unreasonably difficult and dismissive, despite the circumstances being identical. It feels like the brand has completely lost touch with its own standards of quality and fairness.
If this is how GANT now treats loyal customers, I strongly advise others to think twice before buying. £90 trousers should not look old and faded after a few washes. Absolutely unacceptable experience.
Incorrect item received!!
I do like Gant clothing- but anxious to order from them again. Items received very quickly, however sent an incorrect item instead of what I ordered. Has been tricky to get a refund for item I was charged for but never received- took a few emails and phone call.

Absolutely appalling customer…
Absolutely appalling customer service....great product awful customer service! My package was sent by Evri some 10 days ago. Nothing delivered. I called Gant...we will sort it. Nothing. I call back 3 days later....we will refund by close of play that day and send you an email if the package is not traced. Nothing. The call advisers couldn't care less. I have just tried to call again and get the "we are not available at the moment". £200 down and no package. Terrible customer service.

Watches - waste of money. Broken in 8 months.
I bought a watch from Gant less than 1 year ago. Their watches supposedly come with a 2 year guarantee. The watch has hardly been worn, but the strap has inexplicably broken. I emailed customer service about it and they said that the guarantee didn't cover this and that I needed to pay more than £30 for a new strap. The watch itself was only £55 new. Don't buy a watch from them as it won't last. I won't be buying anything from them again.
Also I can see below that Gant have replied saying more information was requested and no price given. This is not true. Their customer service person in Sweden had pictures from me of the fault and asked me to pay £30 for another wristband. They need to check their facts before responding to complaints.

Poor quality Gant shirts
I have been buying Gant shirts for years,but not anymore.
Their shirts are very poor quality with the collars only lasting a few months before they start to hole.I bought roughly ten shirts in the last six months and the quality has gone down the tubes compared to what they used to be.
Since I made this review their team got in touch with me and were very understanding. They viewed the pictures I sent them and replaced all my shirts that were faulty. I was very satisfied with the way they handled my complaint and I have just ordered another £500 worth of clothes.

I was left without an item and money, this is a scam
This is the worst shopping experience of my life!
GANT Poland. Order No. 2977788020411542 was made back in July.
In this store, we chose a gift for our loved one who lives in Ukraine. This was not the first experience of buying clothes for him, so we know his sizes very well. When we gave the gift, our friend could not even put the sleeves into the hoodie, although the sizes on the site said that it should fit PERFECTLY. We were left without a gift, but the worst began later...
There is no exchange option on the site, and although we do not agree with the size policy, we decided to return the product and order a similar hoodie in a larger size. Since the return was made from Ukraine, we did not have the opportunity to use the return label and the return was at our expense. Customer service told us that THIS IS OKAY FOR THEM.
We placed a new order on August 2, but there was no information about the delivery for a long time. We wrote many messages to the support service, and only on August 11, we were informed that the product was out of stock, and the order was cancelled...))
After 3 weeks, we were still left without a gift...
We just hoped that the return parcel would be received by you, you would refund us, and we would forget this terrible experience... however, everything became even worse. The return parcel was stuck at customs in Poland, and after some time, we received a notification from the Postal and Customs Administration in Warsaw that the RECIPIENT (i.e. GANT) received a notification about customs requirements on August 14 and ignored it. However, I can not do anything about it, because I paid the cost of return shipping, and nothing depends on me anymore.
Just imagine, we were racking our brains for a month to figure out why the parcel was so late, GANT "politely" wrote to us that they would take this delay into account, but they simply ignored all communication with the Postal and Customs Administration in Warsaw and didn't even tell us anything.
Two months later:
- We were left without a gift
- We spent money on a return
- We were left without a return parcel (it was sent 5 weeks ago)
- We were left without money
During this time, GANT:
1) sent us a hoodie that did not correspond to the actual sizes
2) continue to respond to us once a week with template messages that do not solve the problem at all
3) 9 days after placing a new order with a larger size, canceled it
4) did not solve the problem that arose due to their fault
5) ignored the requirements of the Polish customs authorities and did not tell us about the problems they knew about
6) continue to shift the blame onto us, although they agreed on the entire return process
The customer support is insanely TERRIBLE. They keep saying it's our problem, but they left us without money, without goods and without a gift!!! This is wild...
I just want to get money back for an item I don't even have

I have tried phoning virtually every department at head office. I can’t even talk to reception. Absolutely ridiculous service. Customer service, no advisors available, phone just cuts off. The others dispensed with me in various ways. I’m only trying find out where my nearest outlet store is located because you have closed the last two I used. I’m a Gant clothes lover. Not impressed with the head office though.

Brilliant Service
can only speak for my experience which was brilliant, ordered tops that turned out too big for me, returned and credited with 3 working days, even royal mail picked up returns from my house, then when reordered the correct size it arrived within 2 days.

I ordered 3 polo shirts, got two and a pair of trousers. Contacted Gant by email got no response. Found a contact number and spoke with Maja who said she had to speak with her manager about what to do. She then sent me within 5 minutes, an email with an affidavit attached for me to print off (presuming that I had a printer), sign and send back also with a copy of my ID document, so passport, with everything blocked out but not my signature. This signed affidavit was stating that I was being honest and if not criminal proceedings would be taken against me!! I was not prepared to undertake all this admin for an error that was not of my doing. The enclosed delivery note was per my order but the enclosed goods were not. After expressing my displeasure, firmly but not shouting, the usual response was given "I could put the phone down" which she did and then did not answer any of my calls. My number is now been blocked by Gant customer care. I did receive an email apologising for any inconvenience that "I may have experienced" Not 'may', I did experience alot of inconvenience and continue to do so. I was also offered a refund which to date I have not received though it may still come through. I have contacted my credit card company and put the payment on hold pending an outcome with Gant. With regards to returning the trousers, the offered method was DPD which would mean staying in for the collection which does not suit me and I emailed stating this and I am still waiting for a free returns label. This is not the customer service that I would expect from a reputable company.
Update, spoke with Jack who whilst speaking email me a Royal Mail returns label. How simple was that! Got a reply from Customer Care, no apology and pleased that it has been resolved! My phone is still blocked, the credit has not been received and no apology.

Qualität hat stark nachgelassen. Bei der Unterwäsche ist der Bund nach wenigen Wäschen ausgeleiert, Polohemden sind schlecht vernäht und gehen an der Knopfleiste kaputt. Der Kundenservice sagt, es entspräche dem Standard und sei normal. Das ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Ganz schlechter Service. 2 paar Sneacker nach nicht mehr als 5 Monaten kaum getragen kaputt. Weder der Händler geschweige Gant selbst möchte umtauschen. Ware ist nicht mehr so gut !
