Disgraceful GANT should not be allowed to run an On-Line business.
I placed an order on Friday for two items for a birthday present. A week later they have still not arrived.
Gant 'Customer service' emailed to state that my address was faulty (despite it clearly being fully correctly noted on their purchase confirmation). Having reprovided said address, I was the given a faulty EVRI (Hermes!!!) tracking number.
Exactly the same thing happened last year - so more fool me (and the other customers on this thread) for trying again!
I can only reiterate what another customer has written -
'It is shockingly poor for such a high-end retailer to use such a low-end courier! But then, when I check the other reviews, it is surprising how often delivery is the issue. That is, therefore, incompetence by Gant. "
Time to cancel the order and get legal advice.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM GANT ON-LINE!

Just Terrible
I ordered three jumpers on Black Friday for delivery on Sunday using DPD for which I paid an additional amount. I did not receive the order on Sunday or the following day. The Gant web site says the order has been shipped and the DPD site says that is waiting for the order from Gant for subsequent delivery to me. Impossible to make contact with Customer Services by phone and I received no response to an email. If I do not receive the order in the next few days I will make a Section 75 claim to my credit card operator who will then hopefully make a charge back to Gant.
Gant should not be operating an on-line retail site if it cannot deliver products that it has been paid for. I definately will not be oprdering from Gant again and would urge caution to others thinking of doing so.

Gant makes fantastic clothes. Nearly all my shirts are Gant.
I placed an order on Friday for five items and paid the uplift to get them on Saturday. They did not arrive.
When I phoned today, I was told DPD had had some delivery issues due to Black Friday. This isn't an excuse this is incompetence.
The same happened last year - exactly the same. So more fool me for trying a second time!
I've now cancelled the order, and if it cannot be recalled, I will return every item.

I reported it over a month ago . Still haven’t had a solution. The customer service email takes six days to reply and then asks you all the same quests again. They keep asking me for a reference which is in the subject line. I will never buy on line with Gant again. I have been buying their clothing for years which I can’t complain about but on line experience if something is wrong is shocking.
Excellent Experience
Having had a bad experience this week from a different company, I turned to Gant for a quality sweater. They delivered 10-fold. Bought a few things and the quality of them all is excellent. Everything arrived very quickly too. Thanks folks! 🙏

Feeling scammed
I have a very similar experience to Nick below. I ordered items from Gant on the 10th of October Gant said they were sent on the 11th. I heard nothing further from them or the courier so after a week decided to check tracking the tracking says the parcel was delivered it was not ! I was in at the alleged delivery time.The courier did not attempt to deliver did not deliver and did not leave a note. Unlike Nick I havent had the courtesy of a reply from Gant nor can I get through on the phone! Avoid at all costs.

I like GANT products, but for such an iconic brand, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across !!
Bought product in sale 11th October. As of today (21st) no delivery. They have an issue with their courier!! Not my problem so I’ve demanded a refund. They say the parcel must come back to them before refund !! It’s not been anywhere so they have my money, haven’t delivered so I want my refund !! This behaviour is nothing short of crooked cowboys !! BUYERS BEWARE !!

Returns Hell
As many have already pointed out, Gant will send you an incorrect returns label; their site is not maintained and is also incorrect. If you attempt to follow the process on the site they will claim you didn't follow their terms and conditions and will absolutely not refund you. I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket and with no product.

Inflexible Returns Policy
I recently purchased a nice linen shirt in the end of season sale from Gant Westfield (13 Sept) for a late holiday in September. Packed the shirt, took it out to wear it for the first time and the seam on the shoulder was pulled out completely (not noticed on purchase). Today, I called the store and was informed that for items that are discounted it's a 14 day returns policy in person with the item. This makes the purchase for a 14 day holiday somewhat awkward. Zero flexibility or assistance with the issue, thank you Gant Westfield, way to go with your Customer Experience! I'm £84 out of pocket with an unwearable shirt! Only remaining option is to leave a review on here!!!

Always pleased with the quality of Gant products and most deliveries reasonably quick. However Inthink a company is judged on how they handle a problem for the customer.
Placed an order 26th Aug for my holiday shorts and polo needed for the 6th Sep.
Goods arrived 29th Aug correct packing list but package contained 3 sweaters. I emailed immediately asking for them to send me correct goods and returned goods that day.
No response emailed again on 30th then again on 1st Sep
Got an auto response on 1st saying it would be dealt with and I could phone. Didn’t say they only bother answering calls between 8 and 1
2nd Sep said they needed proof I had returned goods and they would resolve quickly and get goods for my holiday. I immediately sent this( I since found out they got the goods on the 1st Sep)
No further response so I phoned on 5th to find out if anything had been done. Lady on the phone said she could see on the system that they had receipted goods on the 1st but had not sent out any replacement. We agreed that it was now too late so cancel the order and send me a refund,which she said would be done.
I e mailed that day confirming order cancelled and do a refund.
Finally they e mailed me on the 8th referring me to their T & C asking me for proof of returning goods . I had already sent this proof on the 2nd and on the phone confirmed they actually received the goods on the 1st.
Not even an apology,you can imagine how I felt.
Sent the proof again
Still no response
On 11th and went to the trouble of sending proof goods had been signed for at their warehouse on the 1st
Then got a response saying yes indeed they got the returns on 1st and they would finally send my refund.
Can you believe still no apology.
They need to sort themselves out , terrible treatment

I am a GANT fan and have almost everything from jeans to tops and jumpers.
HOWEVER I WARN YOU TO NOT BUY THEIR SHOES!!!
Leather coming off trainers, discolouration after walking through a puddle however nothing wrong with their shoes they say!
Will be looking to buy from other more reliable people like Barbor etc from now on. My money was yours but this is an utter disgrace!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Look at Zimmerman and Barbor as at least they are classy and have excellent customer service. Monique x

I bought a gift for my Dad’s birthday 12 days ago. It was supposed to arrive last week but did not. The delivery company has said it got misplaced and I have called Giant 3 times already asking if there is any chance they can re delivery. They said no. I explained that I bought the item on sale, since now the sales ended I cannot buy it anymore. Their only response was ‘we will contact you to let you know if we can process a refund but we cannot resend the item’.That was not a nice service and I am still waiting for my refund….

Do not buy anything from GANT online. Their online customer care is non-existent and impossible to get in touch with. Their UK helpline closes at 1PM so they clearly do not have enough staff to service their customer instead they offer the repeated tagline
"Due to a high volume of inquiries, we are currently experiencing a delay in response time."
This is frankly getting quite tiresome I ordered my item on 31st July and still no sign of the shipment.
This has been a terrible and frustrating experience for me and will not be buying anything from them again

Very poor. I ordered a black shirt for the weekend and they've sent me someone else's order. Can't get in touch send numerous emails asking to raise a complaint and still no response. Don't buy anything from this company due to non existent customer service.

Excellent service. Requested a returns label as the one provided with the delivery didn’t work. Gant emailed me with a returns label within 10 mins. Very impressed.
Also love their clothes.
