I bought a pair of shorts from Battersea Power station branch of Gant, sales assistant could not have been more helpful, friendly and asked about or stay in London and where we had travelled from.

Quality control is now non existent at…

Quality control is now non existent at Gant.
I have been a buyer of Gant clothes for many years without a problem and been happy with what I received.
However, my last three orders have been sent incorrectly and have been returned.
Wrong sizes, wrong items sent.
Today is the last straw, I received regular sized jeans instead of slim jeans as ordered.
I despair, it's impossible to discuss with anyone on the phone, plus generic replies to my contact emails received days late.

I bought a jacket and returned it

I bought a jacket and returned it, not had my refund as yet and unable to contact customer service. Unable to contact this company, Iv sent 4 emails requesting my refund with no reply.
I am going to go through my credit card now to see if they are able to get my refund.
Thank you for your reply after my review I had a email and the funds put back into my account.

Over the years bought a lot, but not again (York store)

Over the years have bought a lot from the Gant store at York Designer Oulet, but today at the till I was told I could not buy at the labelled (reduced sale price) unless I gave my details and registered as a member. This has never been the case before, and unacceptable to spring this on customers at the till. I let them keep the clothes and will no longer be back. Poor behaviour in my view.

Awful Service, Refuse to Contact Delivery Courier or Lift a Finger

Very disappointed with Gant customer service. They used Evri to deliver my parcel to the local post office which never arrived. After contacting customer service they told me I had to fill in a form to attest I hadn’t received the item. Why should I fill in a form when you can just contact Evri and do your job. For a company that makes quality clothing the service doesn’t stack up. Shameful. If I get a reply to this to contact customer service it’s laughable, no doubt they’ll regurgitated the need to fill in this damn form before they’ll do anything. Thankfully paid with credit card so was protected, but shouldn’t have to be this way if the company is reputable.

Preis Verarschung im Online Shop…

Hoodie im Online Shop für 55,- EUR bestellt. Dann kam ein Storno der Bestellung und jetzt kosten alle Hoodies 110,- EUR.
Das ist so was von falsch von Gant……..
Habe die letzten 20 Jahre sehr gerne Gant getragen.
Aber ab heute wird es kein Gant mehr in meinem Kleiderschrank mehr geben.
Habt ihr toll gemacht.

I have had a really frustrating…

I have had a really frustrating experience with GANT. I ordered 1 jacket but never received it. I have repeatedly contacted customer service, sent pictures and videos as proof and signed a statement that I have not received anything.

Unfortunately I am met with rejections, with Sally and now with lovita from customer service in particular keeping writing that my proof is not enough. It seems as if they refuse to take responsibility for the non-delivery.

They keep telling me that the post office has mentioned the weight of the package several times, but that does not really help clarify the situation, regardless of the weight my package is missing and they dont want to compensate me!

Can somebody help !?

Online delivery - received incorrectly labelled t-shirt instead of blazer

I ordered a blazer a few days ago and requested a DPD delivery to a nearby post office, which went fine; however, when I opened the package I received a t-shirt which was incorrectly labelled as the blazer I ordered. If there are quality control procedures at the shipment centres, how did such a blatant mistake pass?

Jag köpte ett par Gant skor, hösten 2023, och på hösten 2024 började dom knarra när man går. Inte kul när man går i en korridor… Kontor hela vägen.Jaha nu vet jag att det det är du som kommer. Kontaktade Gant, frågade om detta är normalt?Svar:goddag yxskaft! Aldrig mer Gant!

Incorrect items received and difficult returns policy

Placed an order for 3 items in the winter sale: 2 out of 3 arrived incorrect. Trainers inside the box were the incorrect size and a blazer that was the wrong colour. Took instore to return to be told they don't accept online returns but not only that the assistant then proceed to tell me that I was probably just reading the trainer size wrong - until they looked themselves and very quietly put the (wrong sized) trainers back in the box. I don't know of any other brand that doesn't accept online returns in-store, Reiss on the other hand actively recommends it because you get an instant(!) refund.

Don't buy online refunds are hard work

They don't reply to emails and had to go to PayPal to try to get a refund. I had to return a few things over the Christmas period and gant are the only ones that have not come through. Never again will I wear or buy an item of gant, you need to do better.

Ich trage über 20 Jahre Gant Mode. Ich habe, noch kein einziges Produkt bedauert, im Gegenteil, so langlebig, beste Qualität, gibt es selten. Mein ältester Jeans Rock, ist fast 20 Jahre alt, tip top, trage ich immer noch mit Freude. Verschenke Gant Mode, alle sind begeistert.

Ordered £500 jacket and received some kids hoodie with order note showing someone elses name and address and I my order is sent somewhere else. Trying to contact them and phone just keeps ringing and finally cuts off. Is it a joke…..

Delivery failure!

Delivery failure!

Ordered a sweater to be delivered to a UK address on 26/12/24. Delivery agent confirmed receipt of parcel which still has t been delivered. Customer service is non existent. A prerecorded message states operating hours but nobody answers during 8.00am-12.00pm during those hours. No response to numerous requests for information online after providing an order number. No recognition of the order number when trying to track the order. Frankly this company is a shambles disgrace.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I bought a coat and immediately returned it, have sent 3 emails since and have had no response or refund. I have had to open a dispute with PayPal. I have never experienced such a terrible service. I would expect better from a high end brand.

Awful company

Awful company, your management team has ruined this once great brand, no customer service, your point of sale doesn't work refuses to accept any credit cards. Looks like a flawed business model or you deliberately want to go bust! Never again will I waste my time buying anything from you, once I use this gift card I am done.

13 December I ordered things in Gant

13 December I ordered things in Gant. Order Number GB0026122890. 19/12/2024 I returned my order. But now 03/01/2025 I wrote 3 emails and didn’t receive any response. I received a message from RoyalMail that 21/12/2024 my parcel has been delivered to Gant. Very poor service. I agree with previous contributor “ avoid like the plague.”
