Poor and Slow Customer Service

placed an order, mistakenly my address was wrong (PayPal used my old address when paying), i emailed straight away to inform them, two days later I get an email to say they cant change the address on the parcel, even though the parcel hasn't been dispatched.

Very disappointed customer, wont be using again

It's really a great experience to shopping with Elaine from Gant Lakeside. The size I wanted was out of stock in the nearby store and online. After contacting Elaine, she showed me coat pictures in the store and mailed the item to me quickly. It was a perfect shopping and chatting experience.

Sehr unfreundliche Behandlung bei Gant in Binz…

Wir waren heute bei Gant in Binz/Rügen und wollten für meinen Mann ein Shirt kaufen. Die Verkäuferin ignorierte uns, obwohl der Laden komplett leer war. Im Stapel mit den Shirts war das gewünschte schmuddelig und staubig. Wir haben aufgrund dessen das Shirt in einer anderen Farbe ausgesucht. Während mein Mann anprobiert hat, maulte die Verkäuferin mich an, ich solle auf meinen Hund aufpassen, er mache die ganzen Sachen schmutzig. Mein Hund lag allerdings auf dem Boden und hatte gar keinen Kontakt zu irgendwelchen Kleidungsstücken. Wir haben dann - ohne etwas zu kaufen - den Laden verlassen. So unfreundlich sind wir noch nirgends behandelt worden und haben dann entsprechend bei Tommy Hilfiger eingekauft

Very late delivery

Like many reviews here , great product but awful customer service coupled with late delivery by DPD .
I ordered a sweater for my sons birthday and paid £5+ for next day delivery . The parcel was ordered on a Saturday and arrived on the following Thursday . Four working days after the order. Admittedly the Monday was a bank holiday but still three days after the BH. And that was only after I sent an email asking where it was ? I also requested my payment for next day delivery back and as yet have received no reply . Won’t order online from them again.

Really. Really. Bad.

Rented a pair of trousers via the GANT rental service for a wedding (as previously bought the jacket but no trousers in my size).
Delivery arrived - a jacket in a random size. Emailed gantrent several times - no response after 4 days. Also contacted the customer service team via email and phone several times - even after sending the receipt and confirmation of URL address they advised no record of rental - useless! Given wearing two jackets and no trousers seems like an extreme couture choice for a wedding, and complete lack of response from GANT I’ll presumably just keep hold of random jacket until they get in touch regarding full refund?

My experience with Tania who is the Manageress of Gant Woollahra has been outstanding - she gives 100 per cent attention to customers and is a pleasure to do business with - she follows up via mobile if the size I want it not in her shop, and she also has a very nice manner with not only customers, but staff as well.

Habe vor ca 7 Monaten bei denen ein…

Habe vor ca 7 Monaten bei denen ein pullover gekauft, der nach kurzer Zeit anfing zu Flocken und stark an Farbe verlor. Nachdem ich eine Mail schrieb mit Foto wurde mir zurück geschrieben, dass man keinen Mangel erkenne und sie dementsprechend nichts machen können. Habe desweiteren auf die Sachlage hingewiesen, dass noch Garantie bestehe und ich ein recht darauf habe, dass der pullover vernünftig geprüft wird. Wieder wurde darauf hingewiesen das man anhand meiner Fotos nichts erkennen könne und sie nichts machen können. Ich werde nie wieder etwas bei denen bestellen, geschweige denn ein Produkt vom Gant.

Reembolso Demorado

Fiz uma compra no dia 30 de Dezembro 2023, depois fiz a devolução do mesmo pois o tamanho era demasiado grande. Nisto já passou 2 meses!!! Receberam o artigo que devolvi e ainda não fizeram o reembolso!! Não entendo o porquê de tanto tempo. Caso não me devolvam significa que me estão a roubar!!! O serviço de apoio ao cliente é o pior que alguma vez já tive. Não recomendo compras online, a politica da empresa é do pior.

Ik heb een baby rompertje gekocht

Ik heb een baby rompertje gekocht , maar wanneer let de fabrikant nou eens op de stof te gebruiken voor baby’s, in de GANT romper zit totaal geen rek in de stof waardoor het een ramp is om het aan te trekken , huilbuien is het resultaat, voor mij geen rompertje meer van GANT had zelfs een maat groter gekocht ! Heel slecht !!

It's just not wort it I will never ever again BUY GANT again poor very poor quality. Way they charge so much money for this poor quality product I don't know. Customer service is even worse. AVOID gant spending money on this is wasting.

Don't Order Online

Great goods, absolutely crap customer service. Sorry your order is lost and we can't be bothered helping you, but if your order turns up back at our warehouse, you'll get a refund in a few weeks. This is for an order delivered to one of their shops.
I look forward to seeing them disappear from the High St and maybe then the people who couldn't be bothered, might wish they had helped

The absolute worst

Zero stars. Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. Ordered a jacket from the site. Didn’t get an order confirmation email but the order was processed and money was taken out my account. I decided to email them after a few days to make sure my order went through come to find out that even though the order was paid for, the order was somehow not processed. They asked if I wanted to process the order to which I agreed, but i asked them not to charge me for it. After this, it took three weeks, THREE WEEKS, of me calling, sending emails, to get ANY type of information on my order. Didn’t get a confirmation email. Didn’t get a tracking number. NOTHING!! I decided to reach out to their business page on Instagram and a day after I got an email saying my order was cancelled and that I’d be issued a refund. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

I would give 0 stars, if it could be possible. NEVER EVER ORDER from this s... shop.
I ordered a sweater for my husband on 01.02.2024, and since then it's not shipped. What the h.... are you doing? When I call the contact telephone number - they say that it's a fake number. When I write messages to the support team - no answer. I lost my money, patience and my husband is without the birthday gift. Total embarassment and disappointment.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Id give 0 stars if i could

Id give 0 stars if i could, the 2 suits i ordered (trousers and long top) were awful dreadful material and fabric, didnt realuse they were shipped from the USA ended up costing me £69, I have emailed them 7 times and all i getback is the same message "contact our team" who dont respond I think ill put this waste of money down to stupidity on my behalf for ordering on line. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The staff in this shop are great to deal with

I visited the York outlet shop and was served by Hollie. It was so nice to go into a shop where the staff were obviously pleased to see you in their shop. The manager came through and she also continued with same happy disposition. It's not been a shop I have visited before but I will be returning. Especially after buying a lovely cashmere jumper
