This company is a complete scam. They list on the site that you can return that is a complete lie. Customer Service is a joke I had to reach at least seven times until I got a complete responds. Don’t waste your time or money.

I ordered a $300 watch and it was never received. Every reply from Gapfil was a fraudulent tracking link and a promise to “contact the carrier.” Gapfil is a dishonest and fraudulent company.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a $350.00 item and never received it. Each time I contacted Gapfil, I received an AI generated message stating the parcel was “in customs” even though the attached tracking data showed a release over two weeks prior. This company is a scam.....

Sent completely different item and then promised a 100% refund but only to delay a Paypal case so I would lose it. I am now in a fight with them using the CC company to get the money back.

Take a look at reviews, when they get a bad one, they flood the system with fake good reviews, all on the same day. This is unlikely and it is sad that Trustpilot can not seem to stop the abuse.

RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY: Of course they did NOT refund. I lost the Paypal case due to their scam delay email tactic. It is amazing they continue to post fake reviews despite this. Okay so here is how they did it. In the end it was so simple, they emailed with the dispute clock having 48 hours to go saying the refund was done and would post within 72 hours. Yeah, I fell for it and no refund came. Paypal did not care that I had an email saying they refunded. I sadly had to dispute with my credit card. I spent so much time on this, on the phone, and writing letters that it so wasn't worth it. I however would not let them cheat me, or defraud me! These are really really bad people.

The good news is that in the end I won the case. I emailed them asking again for a return label as I should and... no reply.

Fake tracking. Slowest service. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

I ordered a TAG HEUER Carrera Chronograph 44mm Men's Watch on February 6th but never received an order confirmation. Instead, I received a shipping notification stating that my order was on its way.

A week later, I requested details and received the following message on February 11th:

Since then, I have not received any updates, and the tracking number suggests that my order has not yet been handed off to UPS. Multiple emails requesting additional information have been ignored. To make matters worse, I recently received an email asking if I was happy with my order—despite never having received it.

This company does not provide contact information and gives you the digital runaround with carefully crafted emails designed to make you believe your order is on its way.

This is a total scam—beware!

I bought due to the images showing a high end replica. I received a sub $100 watch that I spend 329 plus on.

I say run from them as soon as far they are no help. I’m now going to dispute with pp and then the cc if needed!

Absolute scam of the company! Similar to everyone, I received a fake tracking number that couldn’t be found anywhere else on the net. Received constant run around from their email account! I disputed the transaction as fraud with my bank and they’ve credited my account. DO NOT BUY FROM GAPFILL. Total Scam!!!!

If you do not have a problem with Gapfil, you are in luck. But if you do, good luck. You can only deal with them via email. They do not provide a phone number for customer service. In addition, Gapfil does not even tell you where they are located. I now suspect China. I have an issue with a watch I received. I have emailed they many times, all to no avail. They simply doo not reply.

I always a little hesitant about buying products from overseas, especially when it is a product that is being offered at an exceptionally fair price.
Gapfil have an amazing selection of fine watches, and I am highly thrilled with my purchase.
They kept in constant communication with me due to the external issue of delays because of the tariff problem. When the product arrived, I was blown away by the quality of the packaging, boxing, instructions and first class quality of the watch.
They have a customer for life - thank you!
