Tudor pelagos. Terrible communication and shipping. Received the incorrect item and no resolution or even a response from Gapfil.

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️FAKE and SCAM⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ 25days ago and still nothing. Location of the seller is random residential who doesn't even know someone using their address to represent fake business.

Gapfil.com is a SCAM please do not order from them …they give you fake tracking numbers that shows the item is in transit but really it’s fake and can’t look the tracking number up any where else…..I contacted my bank to report fraud and I hope you guys do the same thanks 💯 then they reply after saying hey sorry we couldn’t find your order number

Truly a horrible experience. Made my Watch order and months go by with absolutely no response from Gapfil. Months later no watch, no refund and only one response after reply to their email asking they hope I had good experience shopping with them tho still have no product or refund

Watch out people from this fraudulent business they keep doing fake reviews. They also said that I’ve never made a purchase. I can show anyone proof that I did make a purchase. They never sent a tracking number. And ignored my emails kept giving me the runaround. I went through my credit card and got my money back and reported them as fraudulent.

I fell victim to this shady website and I’m beyond frustrated! They took my money and gave me a fake tracking number, then proceeded to give me the runaround. I kept waiting and waiting, but the “tracking number” was just a clever ploy to keep me from realizing they never actually shipped the merchandise!

What’s worse, when I went back to look at reviews (which I should have done before), I noticed that all their positive reviews were updated on the exact same day! Talk about a red flag. I wish I had noticed that before making my purchase! They probably created fake reviews to lure in people like me.

Here’s the laughable email they sent me:

"Dear valued customer,
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
We have checked your order and it has been shipped.
Don't worry about the tracking number not being updated yet. It is on the way to you and you will receive it soon.
Again, we are sorry for this inconvenience and thanks for being patient while we sort this out.
Hope you have a nice day!"

How can you not worry about tracking info not updating? What’s the point of having tracking at all if it’s useless? These crooks are just trying to buy time and hope you give up.

BEWARE, don’t waste your money! This is a scam. Avoid this site at all costs. They have no intention of delivering anything, and they’ll just string you along until you realize you're out of both cash and options.

Beware! All great reviews written at same time. This is a total scam. Go to DHGate if you want watch dupes that will actually arrive. Takes a while but you do actually get it!
Follow up. My wife ordered a watch. It was on her name. This is still the biggest scam. Notice the reply to me. No offer to make things right. Only an accusation that I've never ordered. Not true!!

I have ordered watches from here and yes, shipping takes time but I have received everything in excellent condition and exactly what was ordered. I am happy thus far with everything and will not hesitate to order from them again! Thank you, Gapfil!

1st red flag: you pay through PayPal.

2nd red flag: they take too long to deliver.

3rd red flag: sits in a warehouse for the 10 days before delivery, after taking 2 1/2 weeks to get there.

Receive Rolex (Fugazi), second hand was working, went to set the time for east coast time, and it stopped working.

I was gracious and not angry with them, and I asked for it to be repaired or exchanged. No problem, right?

No... they asked if a video tape was taken when I opened the box to see what I did with the watch.

I wrote them that I set the time for eastern standard time, and they never answered back.

They delay the delivery until the payment posts and they collect. They are a scam.

The watch turned out to be nothing more than an expensive bracelet.

I hope you get a good watch and don't have to go through this. Buyer Beware. Stay away from them.

Have 2 orders active with Gapfil. Neither have been delivered and the tracking numbers provided do not work. They are not responsive to inquiries about order status. I would encourage others to not to order from this sketchy supplier.

Scammers. They send you garbage watches and don’t respond any of your emails. Don’t buy. SCAM ALERT

I made a purchase then had to immediately cancel it. They billed me and ignored my 10+ emails (there is no way to speak to someone) to confirm my cancellation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Total scam. All the reviews are from the same day. All the pictures on their site are taken from other websites. Don't waste your time or money.

As expected you did not address anything in my review in your reply. Your reviews are fake and your watches that constantly come up in my Google searches are stock and manufacturer images. You are correct that I have not ordering anything from you and I caution anyone else considering it. Buyer beware
