Having read such good reviews I ordered a Bosch hedge trimmer online late on Saturday afternoon. There was a problem with the credit card system but a phone call very quickly sorted it and I received my order early on Tuesday morning, very well packaged. I can only add to the brilliant reviews of the company and the customer service, I will definitely use them again.

Other retailers can learn from this one.
Having failed my credit card order, I phoned the following morning and when I said my issue, I was greeted by name !! The company prints out overnight failures ready for queries. This proactive approach is impressive and customer focused. The order was arranged for the next day. Very efficient and this will be my first port of call next time for a similar item. The price was very competitive and availability was better than B&Q, Argos and many more.

Great service, great price and good communications. Can't fault them. Very pleased.
Wished we lived closer to Gardenfox.

Can’t fault it! Excellent service, prompt free delivery and a reasonable price for a quality item! We purchased a Mountfield lawn mower this week, really satisfied on all counts. We would highly recommend this company.

Very competitive price for Bosch Garden Vac which was delivered the next morning. Can't fault the service.

I received this product within a few days of ordering so GardenFox provided a very efficient service. They had also taken great care to package the product with masses of bubble wrap to ensure its safe delivery. So much so that it will all be reused. Thank you GardenFox for taking such good care to deliver the item safely. Needless to say it's in perfect running order.
