Fantastic service from start to finish. Communication is key and I cannot fault the communication and care received throughout the purchase (thank you Catherine) and delivery of the Rita44 cabin. The cabin itself exceeds expectations. It is of an extremely high quality and very aesthetically pleasing. I would not hesitate to highly recommend gardenhouse24 to anyone considering investing in a log cabin. Absolutely delighted with our beautiful garden house.

Ordering the cabin was never an issue and went smooth with the website. I was given a delivery date of 6 weeks but they tried to change the date and tried to push the date back for another few weeks stating that I was never given any promises of 6 weeks. Unfortunately for them I had the 6 weeks promise in an email after a conversation the 6 weeks was kept. The cabin arrived with several missing pieces and including no trim boards to finish the Cabin off. Some vital boards were completely smashed which I had to glue back together. I tried to have several Live chats on their website which was pointless because nobody responded. I had to wait several weeks to have the remaining missing boards delivered and the delivery team fitted the missing boards which they made a shocking mess off. Never again

Excellent quality and service from a company that’s products are really good quality and value for money we are really pleased with our summer house and cannot believe how warm it is which is partly because of the quality double glazing o the windows and doors.
Top class product but the only thing that needs improvement are the assembly instructions.

Great product and staff extremely helpful in providing information and prices about the different specs available. Shame the after sales service for repairs and replacements lets it down, support not good enough especially when you've already spent a large amount of money.

Couldn't be happier!

Kit was delivered on time as agreed. Good quality and easy to assemble. Was expecting more trimming/corrections but hardly had to do any manual cutting. Mine was also a custom order which was delivered exactly as requested. Value for money is unquestionable.

Excellent support from the Gardenhouse24 team during the purchase process. The goods were delivered on the planned date, and the delivery driver was helpful In placing the loaded pallets close to the erection site. The erection posed no significant problems although one of the doors was damaged in transit. Whilst it was still wrapped on the pallet the extent of the damage was unclear, but once we found that the door damage made it unusable we contacted the team at Gardenhouse24 who promptly arranged for a replacement which was delivered by one of their maintenance guys. Very good and helpful company that I would be happy to use again

Not even worth 1star loads of parts missing 9 MONTHS to supply missing parts. When parts arrived they had in treated ends so extra work sorting all that out Failed to deliver several times promised no call back useless service would never buy from these people again. Had to buy screws that were missing because they couldn't be bothered to supply. Actually gardenhouse24 didn't reimburse me for anything. They did offer free roof felt but as I had a rubber roof lined up that was no use to me. I did suggest a alternative but as usual got no response. I might add the missing external wooden parts were not completely treated against water ingress. They were cut up from other parts.

The delivery time of our Monaco 28 garden room, was exactly as promised and the process of buying prior to that was quick and easy. The product has been excellent since we erected it last summer and we continue to enjoy using it most days as an office space.

Great summer house. But having it delivered and having ALL the wood needed to build it was a nightmare. Delivery was 3 week late and when we started building it part of the wood was missing.
