Garden house ordered. Had to chase for any clue as to a delivery date but that's fine it's just how it is nowadays.
Goods arrived and there are some damages...Still that's fine it happens and I'm sure it will be sorted. Nope. No replies to my initial emails. However when Irving eventually did reply he seemed like a nice chap so I thought great! It's going to get sorted. Again nope! Was told the damages are fine and if I want to call their installer he'll set me straight
Asked for expedited replacements as this has now been going on weeks....radio silence
Asked for a refund and the goods to be collected and was told this would be arranged. But no! Received a call from someone claiming to be a director trying to tell me again that the damages would be OK (some of it is clearly snapped and some had big holes in) His attitude wasn't great and after I explained I worked in construction he said he'd call me back. Again radio silence! I've emailed for a collection date and 2 weeks in I've heard nothing. Thank god I paid on credit card as it looks like I'm going to have to take that route

Top choice!
If you want to have a quality sauna, KUUT sauna is the best choice. I went for a bespoke one and the service and support from design to delivery was just perfect. I am 100% happy with the sauna and the value for money you get for such a high end product is unbeatable.

I was disappointed, that they were no instructions, plus no grub screw for the lock, I email you about, no grub screw no reply 😒😒😒

Had an issue with some missing floorboards. Very quickly sorted out by team. Very efficient service and love the product. Highly recommend.

Got my log cabin on Tuesday and finished it all on Friday that's me painted it and protected it. 5 star's all the way. The only thing is the instructions are rubbish, made me and my father argue a lot. But apart from that amazing 👏

Gardenhouse thank you for our lovely cabin, we're enjoying on these hot summer days, love it. The project had its slight delays and obstacles which was met with great customer service team and after sales service to remedy them quickly. The installers worked hard all day to make our garden complete. Everyone that visits us is wowed by how stylish it looks in our garden. Highly recommend.

Having viewed on the web site we decided to opt for the summer garden room Annabel. We researched and found the size and design would meet our needs for our family and friends to relax and share some quality time. Once the order was placed we were told that it would take 4-6 weeks to complete, it arrived approx 4 weeks a few parts were damaged in transit but the customer service and after care team were very helpful. They were able to find replacements very quickly to allow the job to be finished. We are now enjoying the experience with family and friends.

Overall happy with the finished product. Delivery on time and managed to get a discount as went on offer after I ordered. Lady on the phone very unhelpful.
It came with lots of bowed wood which means I have gaps to fill and the corner posts have zero chance of working. Also awkward instructions with no writing and having to mix between paper and online not ideal. Rubber roofing has zero instructions.

Now built and looks great just see how it weathers over the next winter.

So here's a full honest review - on Melanie 44 with wooden doors (not the aluminium ones).

First off - all these garden cabin companies are all doing roughly the same - timber from Russia/Estonia/Finland etc. machined in Germany or Norway, and then shipped here. I choose GH24 cause they had UK presence - an actual office - and did trade in a number of countries - so felt they wouldn't go bust overnight.

Now cause of above - delivery times are completely out of whack - there's little to no UK stock - so they are reliant on lorry shipment - and with all the recent shenanigans crossing the North Sea/English Channel - take what ever you are given with huge pinch of salt - but this affects all of these companies doing cabin shipment - all in same boat so to speak.

Tip 1 - study the diagrams and info on website for weeks - if this is your first build of cabin . Make sure you understand exactly where all the bits go - it will pay off later.

Tip 2 - if you are doing this in your "spare time" - i.e. weekends etc. - this will take months to complete as a build. Foundation, cabin, doors, windows setting, insulation, electrics, roofing, and lastly sealing and painting (these last two take forever to do right) - will take many months - do not delude yourself.

Tip 3 - all components delivered are well wrapped against weather and well packed. I cannot stress enough - even though its hard - break open the pack and restack all components and check as you go (before you start build). This lets you check all bits are there - and also familiarise yourself with how real wood components looks compared to drawings.

Tip 4 - check, check and check again what you are doing. Wood will warp, and twist, lengths were generally bang on - but some needed a little persuasion to fit exact (see warp and twist).

All in all - all the bits got delivered - we had a delay on extra doors we ordered (see Russia/Estonia/Finland comment) - and GH24 supplied as much help as we asked for.

End quality is great - and will last decades - cause all the work goes into the prep and finish, not really the build - did I mention sealing and painting - I cannot emphasise enough - coat upon coat upon coat to protect the wood.

Bear all this in mind - you'll get a great end result - its not an IKEA Billy Book case - it takes time, and a bit of DIY capability - but I am so happy with result - and would highly recommend GH24 amongst the competitors.

I ordered the Miriam classic log cabin this week and was pleased with the help i was given when ordering. I am an older lady who lives alone and found it quite daunting choosing the best option for me. I changed my mind after the order was placed, and chose a different one. I spoke with Keith who was very knowledgable and helpful. He dealt with everything without fuss and when I was worried about transfering my deposit he phoned me to let me know that it had gone through. Overall great start to the process, however I will post another review once the
summerhouse is delivered and built I hope I am not disappointed. Jean Milroy.

I ordered the Paul 44 with the EPDM roofing material and extra floor and roof insulation. I am fairly DIY savvy so opted for the self build as the cost to get it built was £2500. When the package arrived I was impressed with the car of delivery and how well wrapped it was. The wood seemed like good quality. The build however was not easy. I did not get any more instructions for the build than can be found on the website. My unit alos had the bifolding doors at the front and I didnt recieve any insturctions on how to assemble and fit these. The side door was too big for the hole that was left in the structure so i had to cut the structure to allow the door to fit. Some of the logs where twisted so where hard to istall, and a couple of them even popped the end off when I forced it in. The EPDM roof again had no instructions on how to fit, it was very heavy and difficult to get completely flat.
All in all, I would say I got there in the end but it wasnt and easy process and for over £10k I would have expected more instructions and for things to fit a bit better.

We ordered our room early March to be told it would be delivered in May. It arrived 15th July very late, we had plenty of excuses about it being damaged in transit and we would need extra parts manufacturing etc.So the room arrives missing extra windows we had ordered, then when the team arrived to construct it they have discovered we are missing over 30 items. So much for the parts being manufactured we just haven’t got them at all. We have tried calling and no luck, customer service isn’t great, product would probably be lovely but at this point I’m almost tempted to tell them to come and collect and forget it altogether….if we ever manage to get hold of them

Order to completion 6 weeks.
Mine was a problematic job,we being a mid terrace house, where all the materials had to be brought through the house ( including approx 5 tonnes of foundation materials!)
No damage not even a scratch! The teams carefully protected all the house before starting.
We opted for the concrete base and assembly options.
Both teams were extremely hard working, professional and courteous.
I cannot find a fault with the whole process.
I am extremely happy we chose this company for our garden room.
It looks great!!

the order placed and i got told 1-3 weeks delivery then 2 weeks in iwas told it would be 3-6 weeks after 6 weeks it then draged on for a further 8 weeks.
the price was very good so that is way i waited.when i phoned up to complain and ask for compensation i was told that there was nothing they could do and the only thing i was offered was to cansel the order. but when the log cabin turned up i was not impressed with the finish still covered in burrs from the saw cuts. the instuction to build are just drawing which need more information on.the screws kept rounding so i had to get new screws

Lengths of wood not marked up so i had to go over 150+ lengths to find each measurement. Parts missing. Main problem is the instructions IE the floor boards your advised to use 28mm when it should of been 18mm boards and the roof measurements which give you 1mm of fall the last part of the flat roof to which ive now a massive puddle/ pond on my roof. Check the instructions before building.
