I had the pleasure of working with GH24 team, and his expertise in guiding me through the process of selecting and installing a garden office was exceptional. His knowledge and attention to detail ensured a smooth experience, and I'm grateful for his dedication to delivering top-notch service.

Easy to deal with. Irving Listened to my needs & tailored offer. Kept me informed. Delivery on timeline as quoted. Overall great service. Product just arrived, so can’t yet comment on that.

Keith and Irving were responsive throughout the purchase. We did hit a bump in the road when they were let down by the first contactor who was due to build a foundation. Most reasonable people understand these things happen. It's how they are dealt with that's important. Irving jumped straight on the case to ensure minimal delay in our garden room build and with 7 days we were off and running. They instructed a high quality team of cabin building professionals who finished our build to a very high standard from foundation to structure & electricals. Keith even followed up with a call a week later to ensure we were happy with everything. My experience was that you can absolutely trust GardenHouse24 and I would have no hesitation in using them again. Thanks all involved.

Great, reliable, trustworthy service from very professional people. Keith and Irving were great to work with. The summer house was delivered and installed as promised with excellent service from everyone involved. Love our summer house. It is of high quality and worth every penny.

Excellent service from the team from ordering through transport and then installation, very professional company.

Mrs Mary King's Primary School had been looking for a cost effective way to create more space for specialist teaching to take place in. Our new Garden24 room is exactly what we needed. We are delighted with the quality of the product and the customer service we received. The build was very well managed, with high quality workmanship.

Fantastic quality garden room. I am so impressed with this product. It was recommended by the installation team for a garden room I actually had sent back because of the poor quality and I am so glad I took their advice because this was great value for money and I couldn't be happier. Instructions were a nightmare to follow but in general it was easy to put together for someone who is familiar with building sheds.

I highly recommend Gardenhouse24 for their impeccable service aandd exceptional communication. They ensured our project ran smoothly and we are thrilled with the results. Recommended.

Exceptional experience! The staff's professionalism and courteous behavior stood out. They're like a well-oiled machine, delivering speedy service without compromise.

Outstanding customer support, The team's attitude and Friendly behavior make problem-solving a breeze. Lightning fast service - couldn't be happier.

Delivered as confirmed. Lovely guy on the phone. Very helpful and extremely pleasant. And I have a smashing summer house! Thank you. So pleased.

Communication after delivery was decent with product arriving exactly within stated timescale. Was bit concerned it wouldn't be as advertised as although it wasn't exactly cheap, it was priced lower than equivalent elsewhere. However I was surprised how decent it was, and nothing at all missing. So I'd say this is an efficient, well run company selling decent products.

Love our garden house that was recently built. The team who built it was brilliant and was always asking us how we wanted it, made a fantastic job and would definitely go back for another building if we wanted one. Workers were absolutely fantastic and really polite no mess or anything always tidy. 100 % happy. Thank you for everything you done for us.

Tom was friendly, efficient and communicated with us throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and pleasant one. Our new window lock fantastic, and we're thoroughly impressed with their service. Definitely recommended Gardenhouse24.

The installation of our aluminum sliding doors was flawless. The team was punctual, professional and incredibly skilled. They ensured a perfect fit, and the doors now operate smoothly and look fantastic. We're highly impressed with Gardenhouse24.

Great service and an excellent shed. My only criticism is that the instructions could be better, they are very unclear in places and some parts are ambitious or generic and so don't apply to the specific shed ordered.

Great product Monaco Garden Room
