Dealing with the sales end, Keith, was a real pleasure. Quite the opposite of “pushy” and very helpful. It’s quite a logistical process and the guy dealing with those stresses, Irving, was brilliant.

We recently purchased the Monika 28C tiny house from GardenHouse24, and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. We ordered the house during Jaanipäev, a public holiday in Estonia, and were pleasantly surprised to receive an immediate response from a representative named Merit. Despite the holiday, the delivery was organized within just a few days and, impressively, was included in the price, even though we bought the house at an outlet price!

The DIY kit was excellent, and as someone who took on the task of painting every little detail myself, I can say I truly enjoyed working with the high-quality wood provided. The only minor suggestion I would have is to include more detailed assembly instructions. While the components were listed, we did find ourselves turning to Google and YouTube for additional guidance. A basic assembly guide would be a valuable addition.

We were also thoroughly impressed by the customer service when we encountered a slight issue with a broken piece of wood. It was a three-meter-long piece that we discovered was damaged only during assembly, and we were initially unsure how to resolve this. However, after contacting GardenHouse24, they quickly reassured us that there was an extra piece included. Despite this, they went above and beyond by organizing a courier to deliver a replacement piece to our home the very next day—an incredible level of service!

In just under two weeks, my husband and I, who have no prior building experience, were able to assemble the house entirely on our own. We are now happily enjoying our new tiny home, and we couldn’t be more satisfied.

I would give GardenHouse24 a six out of five stars if I could! Their exceptional customer service, top-notch product quality, and overall experience have exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended!

All the components were not delivered at the same time which caused problems with our contractor leading to the roof covering being ripped as they needed to protect the strict from the rain. This caused us another £500. The doors are nothing short of rubbish…they don’t close properly or open properly. The design of the structure with bifold doors causes the roof to sag. We shall need to buy new doors soon. Don’t but anything from this company.

A very good experiance from start to finish, the boys who installed were top lads too. Cleaned up and left things very tidy, thanks to the two Craigs and Marus too.

Very happy with the final product (installed Luisa 44). Very easy people to deal with, friendly, helpful and responsive. We had a few hiccups along the way, maybe it’s inevitable, and felt a little frustrating at the time of installation, but after a little back and forth Gardenhouse24 dealt with everything appropriately and quickly. Would certainly recommend.

I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am I am with the Garden room now it’s been installed. If only I had some nice weather, Anyway I also wanted to say that Ricky and the other fitter did a fantastic job building the garden room, they were polite and always happy to discuss any questions I had and they left my garden clean every day and were a pleasure to have working at my house, so please say a huge thank you to them both for me.

The Heating and cooling they used are no good used someone else to build your house

We had our garden office built by Gardenhouse24 beginning of February. I spent long time searching for a company with the right and complete product and all installation services to go with it. Gardenhouse24 was the only one offering everything and for a really good price. From start to finish, the service from this company was perfect. Quality of the wood and materials was great. Skillful team of builders Matt and George and electrician Tom
were working very tidyly and into the darkness. The arrangement and timing of deliveries was smooth. We have now Mario 44 summer house in back of our garden, combining an office, a gym, TV watching space and a storage. Shame I cannot add pictures.

ONCE WE DECIDED EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED, AND THE SERVICES WE WERE GOING TO USE , THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS FAULTLESS. WE WERE CONTACTED TO ARRANGE DELIVERY AND WHEN IT ARRIVED MATT AND JASON WERE GREAT AND THE ASSEMBLY WAS STRESS FREE. REALLY GLAD WE PAID THE EXTRA FOR INSULATION AND ASSEMBLY.

We are delighted with our purchase of a log cabin from GH24. From initial customer order through to cabin build, the company has been attentive and delivered excellent customer service. Our contact, Irving, was absolutely brilliant at answering any questions and helped to overcoming all practical obstacles along the way, a superb project leader!
The installation provided by Lewis Log Cabins, was equally fantastic; showing pride in their work, commitment to customer satisfaction and carrying out the build with a wealth of knowledge and experience of log cabins.
