Inaccurate website
Ordered from website, said items in stock in local branch. Paid with plans to pick up. Next day call from company to say no stock in local branch have to drive nearly an hour to get them! I cancelled order man seemed indifferent. No offer of alternative day mentioned on phone.

Hi Mark, we are sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience shopping with us. We are looking into how this happened on our site so we can stop this happening again. We did offer to bring them over for your collection at your chosen branch a day later but we appreciate that was not what you expected when ordering.
I'm also sorry that we seemed to be indifferent - we are certainly not indifferent to our customers and making sure they receive the best possible service so we can only apologise and assure you that this isn't the case.

Others have a job to do too .....
On occasions Gardiner & Scardifield probably inconvenience people when delivering to customers – Narrow roads, parked cars etc. Unfortunately its one of those things. For that reason you’d expect their drivers to have a bit more understanding when confronted by another company delivering – in my case several tonnes of timber. But no – the ‘more mature gentleman (you can’t say old **** any more) thought differently. Notwithstanding the fact that he couldn’t figure out the width of his vehicle – A huge great …… pick up truck …. Who knows but show a bit of respect for other people ‘Just doing their job’

Fantastic service & great product (Pukamuck manure). Super personable delivery by manager of Horsham branch - currently closed due to a fire. This is a great family run business which is sadly missed whilst being rebuilt.
