Outages a few times a Year .sometimes maybe only an hour or so .but I am on a Oxygen concentrator 24/7.

I own a SIP TP550 pressure washer that I have had for around 3 years. The recoil unit used to start the washer failed while starting, rendering the unit unusable.
After my initial review, SIP Industrial Customer Services Manager did reach out to me to see if they could resolve the spares issue for my pressure washer.
This has been completed, and I have the unit back working.
SIP is currently reviewing their internal processes and parts-stocking policies to help prevent situations like this in the future.
So for me, this has been a better than expected outcome, and SIP has stepped up to help a customer.
I will continue to use SIP for their products as I have renewed faith in their customer services and spares support.

An Excellent Customer Service Experience
To be honest, I didn't expect much from my enquiry, which related to a 2007 battery charger. But the agent I spoke to, Rob, could not have been more helpful. I gave him the model/serial number. For several minutes he poured through information from the documents available to him. Unfortunately, he could not directly put his finger on the information I wanted but it was not for trying. I fully understood his problem, owing to the age of the product, which I had had for at least twenty years - maybe longer. But it was a good exercise in excellent customer. A pity most other companies customer service agents do not follow his good example.
