Satisfied 1st time user

Hadn't used them before. They managed to ship a smartwatch part that AliExpress failed twice to pass through chinese customs.
Slower process than Ali and costlier, but they have been very helpful, they communicate promptly and got the job done.

Very pleased with delivery, though slightly delayed

Wasn't sure if this was a legitimate company, but it is. My six year old son absolutely delighted with his TGV Lego-style train, unavailable outside China. Delivery was slightly slower than promised but communication from GarSupply was was good throughout the process - would use them again.

To be trusted!

Was unsure how legit this unknown site was but they had the lowest price for a new battery for my wife's phone, pulled the trigger and waited.. a few weeks later the package arrived in perfect condition, two hours later I had the battery installed and charging away. The kit included free high quality tools to complete the job myself, very happy and will buy from Gar Supply again :)

Terrible service

What’s going on with them
I paid extra for getting my order faster but it was delayed more than the normal ones ( 2 weeks later than normal ) so I don’t recommend to anyone to get anything at there

Terrible Service and Quality and don't honour Warranties

After the product was delivered (several weeks late, after paying extra for faster delivery), I received the replacement screen for my phone.

The screen was a lower quality screen and missing key components like a fingerprint sensor which is built in and not easily transferred from one device to another.

After installing the screen, there were several broken pixels causing display issues, and after a few hours of use, the screen had gone completely black.

I tried to make a warranty claim which is outlined on their page, but went through several weeks of hassles to be declined because their "warehouse did a quality check before sending" which is a complete lie. You know that screen is coming directly from China and is not tracked and checked with that level of quality control.

It's disappointing that they can sell a faulty product which was also below quality that was advertised, and then ignore any claims by saying it was checked before it left. Even though the person packaging the product could have damaged it, or the shipping company could have damaged it...that's even if they can confirm it was working prior to it being packaged.

I complete phone and computer repairs regularly as part of my business and am very well trained in completing this service. So I am confident that the damaged product was not on my end, as I am extra diligent to be careful as I am working with customers property.

In the end, I have not heard back from them and am out several hundred dollars and am stuck with a broken product. I went back to my usual supplier for parts and have been much happier. I have never had a broken product from them and am happy to pay a few bucks more for that guarantee.

I recommend staying away from this company and go with someone who will make sure that you are getting what you ask for.

Response: If you carry out a strict recorded testing process, why was I not able to obtain this information when requested? I asked to see this information to help validate your claim, but it went ignored after several successful contacts. The broken part was not damaged on my end. It was recieved in its current condition straight from China. I am sorry if you are not willing to accept that your supplier isn't perfect, but that is the fact. Now because you cannot accept that fact, I am out several hundred dollars. Not only that, I find it hard to accept that you are also advertising an OEM quality replacement part, when it is not close to the same quality as the original. I am disappointed that your final decision was to state that there's nothing you can do, even though you claim to have a warranty policy.

Before shipment we have a very strict recorded testing process and when the item was sent there was no physical damages 100%, we can admit that this can happen during delivery and for this reason we provide 100% refund or replacement for any item reported physical damaged immediately after the package is received. Unfortunately we can not cover any PHYSICAL damages reported after the installation process as it is a process we can not control and depends from person to person(NOT APPLYING FOR QUALITY ISSUES, THESE ARE ALWAYS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY).
Please be aware that the warranty covers only the quality issues not the physical damages.

Received a replacement battery for a…

Received a replacement battery for a Samsung phone amazingly quickly.
The tools that appeared to come with the kit as shown on the website didn't arrive.
I have tried to contact them on their info address for 3 days in a row and haven't got a reply.
Apr 25th
Over the week, I have received emails and a WhatsApp message apologising for the mix up, which were professional and nice. They said they would send me the tools in a second package.
And good to their word, the package arrived this morning.
I'm very happy with the way they sorted out the problem and will use them again, no bother.

Non-delivery of item…

Non-delivery of item due to one digit error in post code though the address was correct and very easy to find. Item was returned and destroyed. Disappointing. They could have delivered easily with a bit of effort.

A replacement Item has now been delivered and very promptly. Thanks to the GAR supply team for very good customer service.
