They need to do a better job of weeding out people that give inaccurate prices. There are lots of stations that i try to go to thinking it is the lowest price, only to get there and find out Gas Buddy is reporting the wrong price.

The station at 2120 South Milton and Forrest Medows in Flagstaff, AZ was closed two or more years ago The tanks,pumps and canopy were removed, and the market building is still awaiting foe someone to rent.

Gas buddy provides unreliable information regarding availability of gas. There is no way for a user of the app to verify if a particular gas station has gas. They are being marketed by every news outlet as a tool for finding available gas, however their platform does not have a way to monitor that. It is a useless tool during times of hurricanes and shortages.

They do not keep up on correct status in Florida especially after a hurricane, I'm not sure if anyone can update info showing gas is available, but if that's how it works it should be changed to only the business posting updates, as people were obviously posting false updates, as it would show gas available but the pumps were all still wrapped

I would love to give this garbage zero stars honestly because I went to two locations that were supposed to have gas and they didn't. I did call both places ahead of time and no one answered!

The app is accurate nor is the browser version, every place i went to was out of gas when the app said they did have gas. A total waste I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone especially i. Florida or North Carolina

I was looking for diesel and found the station with lower diesel prices and it turned out to be non-highway diesel. I'm never heard of that I'm from the city apparently you can buy this diesel fuel and only use it in farm equipment and stuff like that. It's stained red I guess where the normal diesel is yellow. There's no way to do this unless you have more than one diesel listed in your app. Then I went to a another station close by and the price was wrong. They had listed for diesel was the fuel with no ethanol in it so it was listed in green on the sign which I could see why they thought it was diesel. But I tried to change both and the app would not let me change the first price and the second wouldn't let me erase the diesel because the station doesn't have diesel

Cant use multiple times a day when traveling. What good is that? Rude customer service

Eh... As unreliable as people can be, I'm tepid on this app. It often proves to be inaccurate on any given gas station's prices. If people won't report, then what good is this app?

I saw 2 different favorite gas stations showing really low prices. I went to the first one and Exxon. The price said 2.29 and when I got there it was 2.79. I tried changing the price twice and it wouldn't go through. I went to a Buccees quite a few miles away and that price was wrong too. Once again I tried to change the price and it did not go through. Why?????? have a gas buddy ap when the prices aren't even the correct prices???? And I drove all the way there just to get the lower price!!!!!!

GO BACK TO THE OLD SITE. THE NEW WEBSITE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. GO BACK TO OLD SITE TOO FEW CHOICES, DOES NOT RELATE TO OUR SPECIFIC POSTAL CODE AS BEFORE. AS IS IT WASTES MY TIME BECAUSE OTHER STATIONS THAT I SEE ARE NOT MENTIONED.

PRIOR TO MAKING A CHANGE WHY WAS NOT A LIMITED TEST RUN NOT DONE. ARE YOU FOLLOWING THE EXAMPLE OF BUD LIGHT?

They charge you 15$ for payment not going thru. Outrageous price. So for $10 gas cost me $25. Never using it again. Not worth it. They take so long to take the money out and if you'll lock your card you are screwed for 15 dollors more then you spend. Never never again. They don't even alert you fast so you can make sure you transfer money.. card is a money grab for them.

(Minus Five stars)Worst website since apparent update.Cannot give it a minus as there isn't any. Using parent or refiners to list station as not everyone is aware of who delivers to the stations. From what I heard, if a station is need of gas urgently using the nearest distributor can and have been used. Now I just circle my block and go to the lowest. I found that quicker and less frustrating than trying to find a station near me or near to my next destination.

New app non functional. They HAD something that worked reasonably well and turned it into a cumbersome exercise in futility. Can't access trip planner, can't choose what I want to access. I want a clean and simple method to enter vehicle information and route, but this is no longer possible. The earlist version had a menu bar to access which feature I wanted. Now its a waste of time. The old app wasn't amazing, but compared to this version it was genius level. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

New version sucks especially on a PC. Had a favourite route that listed all the gas prices along the way. Looking at it you could find the cheapest gas and aim for it. Can't do that now. BRING BACK MULTILISTING!!!!

What a shame how these dopes totally screwed up this site. I used to get a more comprehensive layout of gas prices throughout the county and now I'm lucky to see only three or four and not even the gas station I frequent the most.

Wow what happened this new format who wants that the old one was perfect I got what I wanted when I wanted it. now limited to 10 stations. Map is also horrible I have nothing good to say about it sorry hope the old format comes back. This is costing me money end gassing where I don't get the better deal. Hope this don't fall on deaf ears.

The new format is just HORRIBLE. I cannot find any of the remnants of the old format. The new one is entirely unuseable. I had all my stations and brands listed out and saved the formats I wanted to look at. Some of the days I would look at a brand I wanted to check. Other days I wanted to check by location, all pre saved and prices listed in order by least expensive to most expensive with the average price of gas that day in the general area. I've already deleted gas buddies from my saved favorites. I hope others tell Gas Buddies they made a Major mistake.

Gas Buddy recently changed its website by taking away a drop down menu which previosuly allowed me to chart gas prices in the larger metro area in Columbus, Ohio and do so by brand name so that I could use my Kroger fuel points at Kroger, Shell or Turkey Hill gas stations. They have taken away the drop down menu and it makes it almost impossible to use the website as efficiently as before. When I contacted them they blew me off. They do not care one way or the other. Probably some hot shot computer wiz wanting to show off skills on a website without knowing how it would affect everyday users.
