Gas Heat Flow Avis 

I am very disappointed with the service. My boiler has been experiencing persistent water leakage, but when the engineer visited, no leak was visible at that particular time.

The engineer simply removed the boiler cover, had a quick look inside and left. The entire checking lasted no more than three minutes.

However, the invoice listed numerous tasks supposedly performed, including comprehensive boiler diagnostics, checking all central heating external controls, verifying the DCH sensor, ensuring all radiators were operational, and resolving an over-pressurisation issue followed by re-pressurisation of the system.

In reality, the only thing the engineer did was have a quick look inside the boiler, and the only statement on the invoice that matched what I observed was “No visible leak detected.” I did not see him carry out any of the other checks or work listed.

Given the extremely short visit and the discrepancy between the work actually observed and the tasks listed on the invoice, I do not believe the service was worth the money charged. Very disappointing experience.
