Official Gatwick Airport Parking Avis 

I used the valet parking service earlier this week and was extremely disappointed with the condition in which my vehicle was returned.

After leaving the car park, I noticed that the glass sunroof on my vehicle had been smashed, resulting in damage estimated at £1,771.50 to repair. I reported the damage directly to the company and provided the relevant details, but unfortunately I have received no response to my email.

I appreciate that damage can occur, but I would expect a valet parking service to take reasonable care of customers’ vehicles and to respond promptly when an incident is reported.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative parking arrangements. The lack of communication following what is a significant amount of damage has been particularly disappointing.

Booked valet parking, so easy and quick and upon return car was waiting so no delays. We thought we had lost our ticket, (we actually didn't), but the staff in the pickup office were friendly and reassuring that it was not a problem. Would definitely use this again. So convenient.

We couldn't get out of the car park, they tried to charge us an extra £138, we had to call for assistance, this has happened at least twice now. Fortunately we didn't have to pay anymore than we already had. Someone not so savvy may have just paid!

Price was reasonable. Direction to actual parking bay helpful. Website said to use ticket issued at entry barrier when leaving. I never got such a ticket so when exiting I was concerned what would happen and it was only then saw a sign saying if I had pre-booked exiting would be automatic. I had been unable to establish this from your website before travelling.

Chose the wrong lot and they remedied the problem without hassle. The customer service was amazing.

A reliable service, conveniently located near airport hotels.
I was recommended to use the onsite parking facility by a friend, and very pleased I took their advice.
I would also recommend Valet Parking Gatwick and will be booking again in the next few months.

Easy access to terminal

This was such an easy and straightforward process. It was easy to park and the shuttle bus was perfect. I had plenty of communication regarding my booking and will definitely use it again.

We used the north terminal mid stay car park and for a little extra cost we found the convenience invaluable

Pre- stuff - confirmation, emails, accurate. Barriers/ANPR worked, both in and out. Didn't expect to be but was parked under cover - great as it was raining on arrival. Very significantly better than experience later that (2) days at Heathrow, thank you NATs. The marble floor at Hrw is very hard, very cold. But happily, my car likes hard, cold surfaces so was v. happy!

Very convenient and great service

I left my car with Gatwick Valet parking for 8 days. On my return I found my steering wheel had been damaged. Because in the small print I left the airport before raising a claim they refused my claim. In this matter they are their own Judge and Jury. Your only course of action is to sue. They don't care about the customer only avoiding responsibility, they have a dishonest person working for them and they don't care.
