Upon Departure
Upon arrival, prepaid parking, the barrier didn’t open, the machine presented a ticket and the barrier then opened. Took approximately 25 mins to find a space.
Upon return trip 0300hrs presented ticket machine and it asked for £350!! Took a while for customer service to answer but it was resolved quickly. ANPR requires looking at. Other than that, easy to book, safe parking and straight into North Terminal.

Long stay car park is a good place to park. Plenty of spaces. Bus hourney inbound good, outbound very random route when in car park. Prices could be cheaper.

So simple! Book long stay parking online, arrive at the barriers, barriers go up with licence plate recognition, park up (remember to note where you are parked for when you return!), get the shuttle bus to the airport. Exactly the same in reverse for leaving the airport. Didn't need to speak to anyone, everything was so smooth.

Signage to nearest open bus stop needs to be better.
And please get a post code for north car park.

Quick and easy to book and park
Very quick and easy to book via official website. Instructions very clear. Absolutely no issues on the day of travel to park. Staff super friendly when entering the airport from the car park. We parked in Mid Stay and went via the hotel and staff were quick to point us in the right direction. A great start to our holiday. Thanks!

I used to use companies that parked ‘on…
I used to use companies that parked ‘on site’ but found out that they never were on site after checking the mileage between arrival and departure. Also for some reason my dash cam was disconnected!
I’ve used Gatwick official on site parking several times now and it’s so easy to use. Through the entry barrier which raises when it recognises your number plate, you enter the very first parking area, up to the signposted Valet Parking on the 2nd floor where you’re met by the Valet staff and show you your parking spot.Keys are handed to employee who gives you a card with al your return details on.
That’s it until you return to the same Valet reception point where you hand over the card and get your keys and car location.
Always perfect trouble free service.
As always, book as early as possible for the best price with the knowledge that you can cancel foc if plans change.
