I cannot thank enough to LG PARKING SERVICES at Gatwick airport.
It was very very smooth, well organised and very professional people to deal with.
Next time I will defiantly use you again. BUT DIRECTLY THIS TIME.
I called skypark directly and I told them that they’ve got my times wrong. Instead of 11lm it’s 11am for both departure and arrival.
They turn around an said they can’t adjust the time without penalty. I was like what’s B….cks. I call Lg parking directly and they handle my quiet as it should be. They said no issues at all and changed that over with in seconds.
So everyone, call LG PARKING directly, don’t USE SKYPARK website. All they want it take your money twice rather then helping you to correct the time by few clicks to that keyboard. WELL DONE SKYPARK; YOUVE GOT A NEGATIVE REVIEW AND LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER.
Car used and abused by staff
Car was dropped off at Gatwick South and as it’s a Mercedes EV car it shows what’s happening with the car whilst we were away. To our horror we discovered the car with the door left open was being used to warm up their staff with the heating on full and there were food crumbs all over the floor. Also they used 15% of the battery. Will never use again.
Avoid it at any cost
We booked LG Parking at Gatwick (North Terminal) expecting a secure and professional service. Instead, we’ve had one of the worst experiences imaginable.
When we collected our car, we immediately noticed obvious white marks/scratches on the front right driver’s seat area — damage that was not present at drop-off.
We reported the damage straight away via email, attached pictures, and followed up multiple times. Despite their own Terms & Conditions saying they will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide a decision within 30 days, we have received no acknowledgement, no investigation, and no resolution.
This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. If you value your car or peace of mind, I would strongly urge you to think twice before using LG Parking.
Very happy - and good in a crisis!
I've used several Gatwick M&G services all booked off the same website (Airport Cheap Parking Deals). They all seem pretty much the same but my last 3 visits I've used LG Parking.
Like all these services the 'phone number you get is answered by very harrassed person who gives the minimum essential info in the shortest possible time. Customer service not their strong point!
At the airport handover has always been very quick (no waiting). On return our wait time from 'phoning n the baggage hall (North Terminal) to the car being there has been 18 minutes (20 minutes, 15 minutes and 18) so I think their off site parking is not too far away.
But the reason they get 5 stars is that on our last visit we stupidly locked ourselves out of own car (our fault completely). It was all quite a stress but while I sorted the car out the LG team were as helpful as they could be and didn't add to our problems with excess parking charges etc and tried to help where they could.
Car has always come back in good condition.
Also FWIW they are one of the few companies that include the Gatwick parking charge in their fees - so one less (small ) job to do when you want to get away/get home
They used my car for over 200 miles.
Left an electric car with them which had a full charge and came back to 15miles left. Wrote to complain and called twice with no answer.

eventually one man arrived to collect keys for all the cars, everyone had a different company name: m&g, parking spot, park and go.
such a long wait for the meet and greet I had to pay £13 car park ticket too.

Good service
I was dubious about using this meet and greet service having read the reviews. We had a great experience. Phones answered and man waiting on arrival was cheerful and helpful. When we collected the car,we had a short wait and the lady offered my elderly mum her chair, man who dropped off was friendly and paid the parking no worries. Car was fine, no bumps or scratches or unreasonable added mileage. Would use them again.

They supposedly cancelled my parking on the day of collection without letting me know. I was forced to pay twice to receive my car.
Staff also took money out of the car! With it all being filmed.
Had to wait hours to get my car back
Their customer service including from the manager was appalling also. Handled the situation very poorly, didn't help us and admitted theft. He also said he didn't care about what happened.
Please be very careful using this company and avoid if possible

I will give this 3 out of 5 stars however I won’t be using these services again.
Drop off and collection were fairly simple, which is a plus.
A few negatives, however. On collection I have a cracked windscreen and a damaged piece of plastic trim. Neither of these are covered by their T&Cs so I’m looking at ~£200 to replace damaged parts of my car. I also didn’t have my ticket verified when I left the car park, so that was a further £6 to spend however they’ve agreed to compensate me for that.
You have to phone up before drop off / collection, which is fine. The “controller”, for lack of a better word, was rather snappy with his communication which doesn’t help when English clearly isn’t his first language which made everything a bit more difficult.
So yeah, overall pretty seamless experience but disappointing they can get away with causing damage to my car.
Interesting to wonder where the car is parked, as well, as they managed to rack up 14 miles too.
Update - 24th May 2025 - I still haven’t received my refund.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking due to health Resons, the company were very accommodating to my refund request and issued a full refund, I did not use the service,so cannot comment on that,but 5* for customer service team.

Couldn't fault them. Read all the reviews after booking and wss very nervous. Dropped car off all swiftly. Took my own photos of milage and body work. Come back called them we were waiting around for about 20 minutes which is why only 4 stars. Car only done 10 miles since hand-off. No scratches nothing. Will use again.

Tried to ring the number given before arriving at Gatwick airport twice and each time number came up as 'this number does not accept incoming calls' on arrival rang the number again and person stated I should have rung at least 20 minutes before arrival. When the driver and supervisor arrived in a 'Sure Parking' van and I showed the evidence of the calls on my phone to the supervisor he would not listen but kept arguing with me. I was told to get a £6 parking ticket for the driver to get out of the car park to park our car. While getting the ticket he was abusive to my wife telling her to shut up and be quiet!! Unable to contact LG Parking to report abuse due to lack of customer service being non existence!!

Scratched dirty 30 miles on clock smelled of burning .50 grand car abusive swearing and rude wanted ti fight my husband and son refused to give back key didn’t give us card to get out car park absolutely disgusting behaviour do not use .The guy in the car park said it happens with company all time
