I Love Meet and Greet Avis 

We have used I love for many years, we had one problem quite a few years ago where they were late by about 30 minutes to collect our car at Gatwick. I complained and received a personal reply from who at that time I believe was the owner, she apologised and left me personal email address to contact her if I booked with them again. 18 months later we emailed and a ten night parking at Gatwick was given free of charge.
That is customer service and will only use brilliant and trustworthy company

Having used I love Meet and Greet many times, I would have given 5 stars for the service. However, our last occasion on 13 and 20 September from South Terminal not so good. The man who collected our car was unprofessional. On our return, we waited in the night air for 30 minutes for our car after making a second phone call. We have booked again though as they are usually excellent.

We were booked with this company by loveholidays. I love Meet and Greet instructed us to drop our car in a restricted zone, which we did. Upon returning from holiday we were issued with two fines for parking in a restricted zone. We complained about both fines both to the parking enforcement company and ILM&G. ILM&G agreed to get the fines cancelled, then said they couldn't, then said they'd pay them, but actually only paid one (the one resulting from their valet parking the car), and now we are being aggressively pursed by a debt recovery agency for the other (which we didn't realise they hadn't paid) and ILM&G have washed their hands and won't engage. 'Parking made easy' is in fact 'parking made incredibly stressful'. I have wasted countless hours on this and it has been extraordinarily stressful and is still not resolved. The basic flaw in their system is in instructing people to break airport rules and then throwing them under the bus when something goes wrong. I will never use their service again and strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.

First time using it and will likely use them again. Prompt and easy to use. The guys who handled pick up and drop off were professional and friendly.

We used I love meet and greet for the first time a few years ago and have used them every trip since. All the staff are lovely and helpful. Really convenient pick up locations. Not kept waiting too long. The car is never brought back dirty. Highly recommend.

175 quid which I believe would have been less had we of pre booked. Taken to front door, picked up same place a week later after call to say we had got through baggage. Less than 2 min wait. Mini bus clean driver courteous . this was all at 1 o’clock in the morning an hour later than we were scheduled to come in . my vehicle was sat there waiting for us ready to go just had to show ID for keys couldn’t have been easier thank you. Will use again.

The process was straightforward and reliable. The Gatwick South Terminal directions were easy once we viewed the helpful video. We phoned the number as advised on route and we were pleasantly surprised to see your staff already at the designated parking area.

We have used Meet and Greet several times now. We are both elderly and try to make our arrival experience at the airport as stress free as possible. We have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes either to drop or car or for it to be collected. An amazingly efficient stress free service that I would recommend to anyone.

Directions to the meeting point very clear. Reception expected us and o return our car was waiting for us so we were able to get on our way.
