They are so friendly and helpful. A reliable service that I use every time I fly from Gatwick

From dropping the car booking it in and being taken to the airport terminal in a mini bus then the reverse coming home all ran very smoothly. The car was looked after very well and the staff in the office were great. This wasn’t my first time using them and will continue.

The whole process was easy from booking online to pick up. we returned 7 hours late due to flight isues, called ILM&G and as we walked up to the pick up point our car arrived. First class. Thank uou.

An easy booking system and confirmation was reflected in a quick response and guidance on the telephone to my drop off point at Gatwick Airport. Still annoyed I have to give the service 1 star
Arrived back and driver just stopped in the middle of the road blocking in other users in. Put myself and passengers at risk by just abandoning the car in an active lane.
Never have had to pay for the pick drop off on top of the fee paid anywhere else, drove home.
Guess that’s the lesson learnt from using this company when the parking ticket arrived 2 weeks later.
AVOID, AVOID AVOID

This is the third time we have used the service. It really does take the stress out of this part of your holiday. First two times were awesome, this time our car was not ready when we got back and we ended up having to search for it and dragging our luggage around the carpark. Hopefully just a one off and will not put us off using the service again 😊

All round great service

As always the team were quick to respond to pre parking call, then ready and waiting at the drop off point.
The return process was equally seamless. Cannot rate this Meet and Greet company anytime other than excellent.

We have been using ILM&G for nearly 20 years now and have always received excellent service. They have also been very accommodating when we have needed to arrive earlier than planned as was the case last week. Recommended

Absolutely brilliant, rang 10 minutes before arriving as instructed. Their agent was there to greet us and take the car away. On arriving back phoned once we’d got our luggage, got to where we should pick our car up and only had to wait a few minutes and the car arrived.

Great drop off and pick up service at Gatwick Airport. Welcomed by "big Mike" who was very friendly and helpful, and pick up was very efficient and prompt and the man handing back the car was very polite. Timely, courteous, responsive on the phone, and the car came back in good condition.

Professional, punctual,and always curtious I’ve used them several times and never had a problem

Great service - works really well. We have used it a couple of times and we intend to use it when we travel in the future.

One small point - drivers could be more cheerful. Perhaps they were just having a bad day, which we all have from time to time.
