The efficiency of your telephone contact.
The promptness of the pick up and drop off of my car and the help your drivers gave me with my luggage both on the way out and on my arrival back in the uk. Is the reason I gave 5 stars.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Where do I start.
The website was unclear,
I thought I had booked meet & greet at Gatwick but after paying, I was emailed to take the car to a car park 10 mins from the airport.
When I landed. I made a call to deliver the car to the terminal .
It took 30mins & 2 calls.
In addition I found a scratch on the car & the company denied any responsibility.
Poor customer service

Thanks for your review. Our service is clear. Park and deliver does not sound like meet and greet so not sure of the confusion. As for the scratch it was clearly old and under the road grime accumulated when you had driven your car before leaving it with us. There has been no poor customer service. We have dealt with your issues in a professional and timely manner .
Disappointed regular users
Vans dirty and driver did not help with our cases on return journey.
We are in our 80s and have been using this company for years.

We are sorry our vans were not as clean as they should have been on this occasion. Our drivers are not supposed to lift cases in and out of van as they may injure themselves. We are sorry this upset you. We look forward to your next trip in November.

Great service
Great service at Gatwick. I’ve used it twice now, once for the full drop off and pick up service and once with the shuttle service on the way out. Much less hassle than the normal off site parking options. Would highly recommend

We have been using I love meet and greet for a few years now and have never had a problem, excellent customer service , and when we did have to cancel at very short notice due to ill health we were offered a refund straight away . Would definitely recommend this company

We have used the service before which we were very happy with. However, on this occasion, I had no confirmation from the online booking and had to call twice for acknowledgement. Whilst at the airport, I realised I made a mistake about the return date and time, I called to rectify it and was assured that the change was made. When we returned to Gatwick they told us we had to wait an hour as they had a different date and no record of my phone call.

Very easy to book and use had no issues whatsoever, waiting at the drop off to pick our car up and on return literally car arrived back within minutes very good service and very good staff

Very professional great service
We have been using I Love Meet and Greet at Gatwick for a few years and they have always provided a great professional service. Never had to worry that my car wasn't safe. I wouldn't even think about using another provider.
