Excellent customer service. My item didn’t arrive due to the inadequacy of Royal Mail deliveries. A replacement was then sent tracked & arrived within 48 hours. Im really happy with my item ❤️

Liza Minnelli signed book
Liza Minnelli signed book, arrived damaged bit upsetting😩
Super happy
I used Gay Pride shop regularly for the last couple of years, I always find interesting titles on their mailing list and managed to build an impressive collection of signed books. Very happy that I found this bookshop
Quick and great service!
Order came extremely quickly and packaged lovely, really happy with my purchase, I'll be back!
Excellent service
Ordered a bulk set of badges for our school. Got some really helpful messages from the team when I emailed them and they helped sort out a discout code as we're an education provider. Excellent badges too!
I placed a order over 2 weeks ago and…
I placed a order over 2 weeks ago and it said your order will be sent out in 2/3 days but I didn’t get it I have sent 4/5 emails and got no reply at all on the parcel shop it said 2 weeks ago the Royal Mail had it I checked and it said still waiting for this item looks like this company just took my money and not had one email to say sorry
Frustrating
Edit 2- my items arrived today. Beautifully packed, and well padded, given that one was in a collectors box. I fully anticipate that RM caused the issues and have edited my review from one to three stars. I’m disappointed that it took a one star review to get Gay Pride Shop to respond to my concerns- even when I did hear from them, it was via a TrustPilot automated response asking for my order number. I absolutely get that they must be sick of delivery related queries, but to get no response from emails is entirely frustrating. Do I love the idea of a business that supports LGBT charities? Absolutely. Rainbow washing drives me mad. Will I be back? No, but I will look for a similar business to order from in future.
Edit 1- Having sent order details to the store, my tracking details have been updated and it seems delivery will happen tomorrow. I will reconsider my review on receipt. It doesn’t alter the fact that I haven’t been able to get a reply, but I do appreciate the shoddiness of Royal Mail.
No sign of my order. I’ve emailed twice (replied to the despatch email as instructed) with no joy. RM tracking shows they’ve been told to expect the parcel, but no further information. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but if I can’t get replies to emails. I was patient after the first Dorothy Care Bear shipment went missing and didn’t ask for a refund, but wish I had now.
Love the fans I bought
Love the fans I bought - they arrived quickly and they are gorge!
Wonderful shop
Great prices, super fast shipping - great to support independent businesses who do a fabulous job
Really bad experience
I ordered 2 products and paid £6 for express delivery (1 - 2 days). Four days later one of the items arrived (they had refunded the second item as it was out of stock). I complained by email and asked for the cost of the express delivery to be refunded but they have not replied despite chasing twice. Really bad service and I am so annoyed.

Happy Customer
I’ve made many purchases from Gay Pride shop, from pin badges to signed autobiographies, and have never been disappointed with the range and quality of their products, prices, delivery, customer service, or anything at all. My most recent purchase -a trans-colours bobble hat - is no exception. So warm, with its fleecy lining, gorgeous to wear and gorgeous to look at. I chose to finish mine off with an Ally badge at the front too. I always browse the emails from Gay Pride Shop when they arrive, so no doubt I’ll be buying something again before too long. Thanks to all involved and keep the faith✊💝😘
Excellent company and service
Excellent service I have been using this site for some time now and not g is ever a problem, the quality of the products are great and speed of delivery is very good. I would recommend using this website for all your LGBTQ+ products.
Great
Great store-emails sent out in regards to orders that got delayed due to shipment and release changes [the wicked care bears]. Didn't even have to ask about it and was just updated automatically on what was going on. Bears came promptly once shipped and packaged well-would defo buy from them again.
Frankly shocking!
This isn't about the money it's about shocking customer service - I placed my first order for a total £19
I get the items I ordered except one is incorrect.
I email them, a short time later as recommended by PayPal the method of payment; I also open a dispute. It was shortly after this I get an email reply;
"Sorry the team made a mistake with this order. We were going to send a replacement out, but can see you have raised also raised a paypal case, so we will let the Paypal process complete instead."
Jason
So I ask;
"So are you saying you're not going to send out a replacement (As requested) because I reported the issue to paypal?
I'm sure you're aware of my consumer rights with regards to incorrect items / not as described and my rights to a replacement or refund."
I am then informed by "Ian" in answer to my question;
"That is not what we had replied with. You have requested a refund for the item through Paypal, so we will let Paypal process that and not send a replacement. If you had not raised a Paypal case and simply emailed us about the error, we could have resolved it immediately."
I tell them;
"That IS what you replied with and implied. Also as I am able to cancel a paypal dispute at any time should you honour my consumer rights of demanding a replacement meaning the dispute would be resolved. You are choosing this course of action I suspect as a vexation method and nothing more.
Paypal does not overrule my consumer rights of requesting a replacement."
I get a blunt response from "Erin";
"We will let PayPal process your £6 refund in line with your consumer rights."
So, Gayprideshop, some FYI;
PayPal - "Did something arrive that was very different than described? The first step is to dispute the transaction through PayPal."
PayPal - "A buyer can open a dispute in their Resolution Center if their order doesn't arrive or isn’t as described.
In a dispute, the buyer and seller have 20 days to exchange messages in the Resolution Center to try to solve the problem. For example, the buyer can ask for a refund, ask the seller to resend the item or arrange a return."
You point blank refused to do any of that and to honour my consumer rights of sending a replacement, insisting you would only refund me.
Consumer rights 2015 - Section 11 - Goods to be as described
Consumer rights 2015 - Section 19 (3) b -
"If the goods do not conform to the contract because of a breach of any of the terms described in sections 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 .... .... the consumer's rights (and the provisions about them and when they are available) are—
...
(b)the right to repair or replacement"
Consumer Rights 2015 - Section 23 -
"This section applies if the consumer has the right to repair or replacement (see section 19(3) and (4)).
(2)If the consumer requires the trader to repair or replace the goods, the trader must—
(a)do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, and
(b)bear any necessary costs incurred in doing so (including in particular the cost of any labour, materials or postage)."
I requested as my rights for a replacement, you failed to honour my consumer rights, end of story!
In short, because I opened a Paypal dispute as recommended by Paypal because of a mistake THEY made, gayprideshop decided to deny my consumer rights! - Kind of ironic a pride shop not respecting rights.
This review would have been a 4 (because mistakes made and inconvenience) should gayprideshop dealt with the problem respectfully and respecting my rights, they did not so they get a 1
Won't ever be shopping with them again, this experience has showed me well enough what they are like.
I may well report them to Trading Standards too for consumer rights issues - As of writing this they still have time to respect my rights.
EDIT: An ad-hominem and defamatory reply not addressing the issue of my consumer rights - Due to the reply I have reported gayprideshop to trading standards.

Great shop!
I bought a range of items and they were all lovely. Good quality and nice, bright colours! Customer service is also excellent. Would definitely shop here again.
Don’t use!
Don’t use! Customer service is terrible. Don’t have my order and they ignore all messages.
After Sales not up to much
Ordered around 8 items in one order, all arrived but discovered (at different times - because one was a gift) that 2 of them were faulty. The first was dealt with, once I'd sent proof of damage in the post, due to careless packaging, but the second report of rusty flag eyelets and staining on the flag material, went completely unanswered... after 4 attempts. I felt that I must be annoying them. For this reason, I won't be using them anymore. Shame cos the website would be something I would've been supportive of.
After a year I still don’t have my order
In all of these years that I’ve been ordering stuff online, this is the first time I encountered this kind of problem.
I have been trying to reach them for over a year and I still haven’t gotten a response.
I placed an order on their site in May 2023 and after 2 months my parcel was nowhere to be found and I checked in multiple times with my post office.
I wrote them an email, didn’t get a reply.
I filled in the form on their site, didn’t get a reply.
Sent an email again, no reply.
All this time I’ve been checking my inbox and spam folder every day, a couple times a day.
I also sent them an email from another account in case there was a problem on my end, still no reply.
Tried to contact them multiple times this year, no response.
Mind you, I still receive their promo email, so that means they have my contact(also validated by my order confirmation number)
I always try to get to the bottom of the issue and only in singular cases I write a review.
I see that they have a good rating, so I understand that it’s not often that their customers experience this type of problem, but I did and I don’t have a product and neither my money, so I hope this way I will finally get a response.
(But I also see that I’m not the only one ignored.)
The reviews about their manner with customers are right. Disgusting.
Two years later and I can still remember how rude Jason was when I had an issue with my order. Bitchy-camp is very last century, but I don't think this shop got the memo. I would never recommend them to anyone else simply because people who are that needlessly abrasive and rude to others in any capacity don't deserve your hard earned wages.
And if you look at the way they respond to negative reviews in here, you'll see examples.. don't shop with them. Their behaviour doesn't represent the LGBTQIA+ community. And imagine pretending to be supporting pride when you talk to members of the community (and allies) like that. Shameful.
Package contents arrived damaged.

Was sent in a bubble mailer which the package contents weren't really suitable for.
Tried to contact them, but no response up till now.
Prepared to be abused by Customer service
I placed a large order for my childs first Pride on the 15th June and it didn't arrive until the 21st! On opening the parcel I found several of the most expensive items missing but invoiced as in package. I then realised that the only way to contact the shop was via email and wait times are days! I cannot explain fully the frustration I have had with this experience from the delivery time to tracking that does not indicate when the package will be delivered and then updates to say it should have been delivered 2 days earlier, to inaccurately listing that all items in order have been dispatched and are in package. This has ruined our child's first pride and I am beyond disappointed that this has happened. I have emailed and I hope that this is rectified somehow so that the experience does not remain negative. My order was a large one monetarily and I am appalled that this is what has transpired.
I am happy to revise this review if my items are sent out expediently.
It would be nice to support this organisation but not at the cost of essentially being ripped off.
To update I received an email from Jason who apologised and stated that the missing items would be shipped promptly and that I would receive an email regarding this. I then replied to thank him and inform him that I was happy to remove the whole review on Trustpilot if this could be resolved promptly- as Pride is nearly over. Jason's response was...
Hi
Oh, that's sad if you thought the first thing to do was leave a bad review, due to human error during Pride Month. Oh well...
Jason
I find this to be wholly unacceptable and I am beyond appalled at such a response. Absolutely speechless. I responded...
Hi Jason
I actually in good faith stated I would remove the whole review. Not just update it, as it hasn't gone live yet, if this was rectified. I think it was irresponsible to send an invoice with items ticked off to state that all items were sent out to me when that was not true. They had been individually ticked off. I spent alot of money and do not expect to have been sent a passive aggressive response from you either. Is this how you represent Gay Pride Shop? I am offended by your response and the fact that you have ruined my childs first Pride - 'during Pride month' !
I shall not finish with a 'oh well...' but will submit a complaint for insult on top of everything else if you would prefer?
I have had no response or an update that my missing items have been shipped.
I am astounded that 'Pride Month' has been weaponised against me for Gay Pride shops incompetence. This has gone from bad to worse. I will avoid shopping here in future and supporting this business unfortunately, as I do not expect to be abused this way when trying to support an organisation I have respect for. Respect does not work both ways it seems.
Hey Gay Pride Shop, send out my order or refund me! Additionally, do you support Jason representing your business?
ETA point proven! Thanks Jason now refund me!
