Gay Pride Shop Avis 

Ordered 3 items that said would arrive within 2-4 days, but it's been 7 days now and haven't received anything. Got an email that I got a refund of £10 for one of the items which said they were in stock that I had ordered so not sure what's going on.

Cannot return items! Emailed numerous times to find out how to do this, also messaged via Instagram, all ignored. I ended up just posting the items back with a note explaining, But I have not received the refund. Very disappointing

I ordered 2 books and paid slightly extra for 1st class delivery (1-3 working days), but sadly they didn't arrive. After 4 working days I contacted customer service and they promptly replied saying part of my address was missing on the order. Why I wasn't emailed and made aware of this prior to me asking I don't know. I'm assuming that if I had never asked, my order would've never have been posted to me.
My order arrived 2 days later. Well, half of it. Apparently one of the 2 books I ordered was out of stock. Again I'm not sure why I didn't receive an email prior to delivery letting me know that the book was out of stock. It's been over 10 days and I haven't received a refund despite the fact that they knew the book was out of stock before they sent the order.
Sadly not a great experience with a bunch of errors, but on a good note customer service were swift and kind with replies via email. I just wish the communication was better in the first place. I shouldn't have to reach out to chase up information. And maybe charge when the order is confirmed to be in stock? Just so any out of stock items don't have to be refunded or can be refunded quicker.

My partner and I were well pleased with out purchases.

A great shop with a large selection of supportive items. I understand some of their proceeds go to charity so it's worth shopping here instead of getting identical items on another website for the same price.
