InXpress UK Avis 

Since using Inxpress for our collections and deliveries i have found that the service we get is next to none. We get the same driver all the time turning up unless he is on holiday and he is very friendly and has a laugh with us. Also if we have any problems at all regarding any shipments then Stephen Hingley or the customer service team in north surrey get right to work and speak the the relevant depots to get things sorted. Also our customers are very happy with the service we provide as the drivers are all friendly and if we need a collection doing from the customer back yo us they are sent in the same day. Also we have saved money as we get very good rates as well as we send loads of parcel out on a weekly basis so i am 100% happy with them and i would recommend that you use these than any other service. one last thing that's great is that you can also check what delivery point your parcel is at with your driver and what time the parcel is going to get to your customer also.

We get great service from InXpress North Surrey, they respond quickly and chase up our local DHL depot for any collections.

Stephen at InXpress (North Surrey) extremely helpful always able to assist with everything we require, nothing is to much for this company. Have used many freight agents in the past and never found one that is large enough to meet our needs but small enough to care. Great team, fantastic system & service.

The South Manchester branch have been outstanding in terms of service and assistance. Jacqueline is incredible in her efforts to make sure paperwork, bookings etc are correct and always updates me on progress. Extremely good service from InXpress North Surrey! We rely on them for all our time critical deliveries all over Europe. Fantastic value as well and the front end software is very easy to use!

After having no luck with previous courier services, we've recently moved our business over to Inxpress to see how it would go. Previously we were too small of a company to get any form of assistance from other businesses but this doesn't seem to be the case here - I have received amazing (and always super speedy) service from Matt. He really works hard to find you the best solution and prices are also very competitive. And more importantly have not missed a single delivery. They are a good all round contact to have as they can also assist with last minute same day deliveries.

Having worked in my job for 10 years my biggest bugbear was dealing with couriers who don't have an understanding of our needs as a deadline-oriented business and shoddy service, until now! Matt is an absolute credit to the company. He's also been very helpful in assisting me with importing goods when I was totally confused from all the Brexit changes (and making mistakes) - that man has the patience of a saint!!

We work with Inxpress Banbury and Maidstone after a supplier recommendation. We were using a larger web based company, however there was little to no customer service and the insurance options were poor. Inxpress provide added value over a direct account and I can get through to someone immediately if there is an issue. Would definitely recommend.

This is the most incompetent shipping company on the market. They provide absolutely no value. We were quoted completely inaccurate pricing and overbilled by more than double what we were quoted. We were ignored for weeks as we tried to rectify the issue and then without warning they took the entire amount of our account despite knowing they were charging double what they quoted. Had to hire a lawyer to try to get the money back. Wouldn't recommend these jokers! Save yourself the headache, don't fall for their marketing (they are only a marketing company, they provide no other value at all).

I've came across this company and wanted to give them a chance hoping they will be transparent and fair. After pulling all my shipping confidential data from UPS and FedEx and sharing files with Blake, he claimed to get back to me with analysis and proposal in 3-4 day. Week later I've reach out to them to ask for updates and shortly after received an email to schedule a zoom call. When I requested data to review prior to our call was instructed of their policy where they do not share data but they are presenting it via zoom.
All being equal I do not find such approach professional. If you ask clients to upload data you should show the respect and curtsy and share finding by sending data back to the customer before further requirements.
I've decided not to do business with such company.

Super efficient, proactive, knowledgeable and pleasant staff from the people in the office to the drivers. In the years I have used their services, the standards have not dropped once. Thanks & Congratulations to all of them.

We ship a lot of heavy and large consignments. Inexpress Preston have been very competitive with pricing. Local shipments are usually sent by via DHL arranged through Inexpress. I can book a consignment later in the day and still get same day collection. The rate is often less than I would pay with a no-name courier and I can ring a real person and arrange things ! What more do you need?

The service is amazing, I love that I can ring and get through to someone straight away. Emails are always replied quickly and efficiently.

Inxpress Manchester are brilliant Giorgia is fabulous and always goes above and beyond for us every time. Would not hesitate to recommend Giorgia and inxpress, very competitive prices but more importantly the service is outstanding!!

The InExpress Leeds team are absolutely wonderful. We can't praise their service enough. Lead by Giorgia with assistance from Charlotte, they are always on hand to offer a competitive quote.

After being encouraged to try this company I have to say I bitterly regret it.

I was quoted a price for shipping to the USA, I accepted this price and processed my parcels. I was astonished and appalled to discover the cost was actually double.

I contacted the agent who dealt with my account and they promised to deal with it.

This has not happened and I am now being threatened by this company because I dispute the invoice charges. This is in spite of my offers to pay the actual amount agreed.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

We changed to inxpress at the start of 2021 and it was the best decision we made.
Giorgia and the Manchester and Leeds team have looked after us from day 1 and as a result our customers are receiving a great service. What has been most valuable is direct contact with the support team when we need. We will continue to recommend!
