Was so sad to loose them from Watford had excellent service and great food

The worst service ever!! Don't waste your time and money. Staff are bulling

We have ordered 3 times from here and each time they've left us waiting an hour and cancelled the order, but remain open on ubereats. Disgusting service

Had to queue to get in at the Trafford centre for 20 minutes when there was plenty of tables free. Once seated we ordered on the app. I can’t believe how expensive it is and everything is an added extra. The fries were like spaghetti pieces, thin and awful. Would avoid!

Ordered through Ubereats from Richmond gbk. 3 portions of chips missing and the horrible man at GBK tried to blame the poor delivery driver who delivered a sealed bag. The food that did arrive was cold and badly cooked, avoid like the plague

Went to Trafford Centre , was informed to order via the app on the table ( but if were paying cash we could order at the till ) Many of the sides were out of stock ( not a problem as we understand the supply difficulties at the moment )we ordered Burgers with 2 types of fries sweet potato & chunky fries as the slim fries were out of stock. Ordered 2 drinks & used the additional info/allergen info box to ask for one without mint - the drinks both came with mint in ( was changed without a fuss) Burgers arrived and the server practically threw them at us , the fries were not what we ordered ( but we thought it was just a supply issue yet again until the next table ( who ordered at the till ) received the chunky fries & onion rings (which we also wanted to order but was out of stock ) . The burgers were tasteless & had no pickles & were also missing sauces . Would NOT recommend . We had to wait before entering as there were empty tables but not very quick at cleaning /removing the dirty plates & also once you'd been seated you didn't see any staff around unless they were bringing food out to you . I know this is a challenging time , I work in hospitality myself, but if there are any issues which would explain any of my issues its very important to communicate this to your customers .

Excellent customer service! Had problem with delivery, gourmet burger kitchen sorted the problem out for us very promptly. Great service tastey food definantly recommend again.

Wrong order delivered by Deliveroo from GBK Ealing branch. We received 2 chicken burgers instead of 2 vegan burgers. This was GBK's mistake because they had packed the wrong order. We complained to Deliveroo. They offered a replacement meal, but as it was getting late, we requested a refund instead, which they did instantly. Unimpressed with GBK.

ordered over £200 of food throguh Uber eats and it was delivered 2 hours later, all completely cold and 6 out of the 16 burgers were wrong. never going here again. The uber driver spent over 8 mins trying to find us out the front of our building......

Food is cold and has been the last three times that we have ordered from this branch of GBK.
We have raised this with Deliveroo in the past and still no improvement.
This time very few fries were given to us in the order,as well.The fries were cold and rubbery.
This is not the standard the head office of GBK will be happy to hear about.

Awful service asked for no tomatoes relish or moyo they gave me all three after a very long wait

Was very expensive for cold burgers the waitress never came up to ask us
If all was OK which is the norm also you have to purchase fries independent so not good

Terrible terrible service. Wrong order delivered by Uber. Chais when I turned up at branch to sort out. Waited 45 mins fir food. In total 1.5 hours after order. Avoid!

Terrible service at GBK, South William St, Dublin. The food took forever to get to us and when it arrived 3 out of 4 orders were all wrong. Nothing done to compensate this. When you are paying upwards of €12 for a burger that doesn’t come with fries and there’s no even ketchup or salt and pepper on the table this is an absolute disgrace. We complained before paying the bill as one burger we just asked for cheese, onion and tomato as the topping and came out with just a slice of cheese and the dry burger patty (€12 for this!!!) and they said we can give you the tomato and onion now as we were walking out the door! Laughable. Nothing gourmet about this place and will never return.

Kew Road branch. Ordered a well done burger off Deliveroo. It arrived pink in the middle.
Will never order again.

Disappointing to day the least. The burger was burned and tasted of charcoal, the blue cheese wasn't even melted and too much sweet onion made the bun all soggy. They also forgot one of the added ingredients on my partner's burger, meaning be we didn't get what we paid for. It was ordered through Deliveroo but I would still expect better. Not gonna order GBK again.

very disapointed , order the taxi driver burger! for this money i never been disappointed like now! burger around 12-13€ doesnt worth!
dont know where to start! delivery late, cold bburger ok i can pass that, hair on bottom of burger beetween burger and box, and 12€ for that , i wish the owner call me, i will bring him to proper burger and to see what he will get for less money plus chips he will get, compare with that i am very very disapointed, my order is 5648 , and you can find my name there on order , so when someone put public then you know how was be poor !

I’m not much of a reviewer but since I had no cash to give the guys a tip I asked what to do and am lead here.

They hadn’t had a delivery of supplies and I’d like to say they managed and handled themselves beautifully. All very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, friendly and what I most value is they looked like they were enjoying themselves and were a GREAT team.
