Service was amazing, and food was extremely tasty 😋 thanks to Jade for sorting and helping me out with my order!

Fantastic experience and great food, as we have come to expect from GBK. Josh was especially helpful in dealing with my wife's allergy

The app is rubbish and you need it to order. It lost all our hard one choices after it refused payment method and would not let us change it. Get a better app if you insist on using it to order in the restaurant. Useless

I went here last night with my friends, great service, great atmosphere and food, I will definitely be going again after the service I received from Josh Morse. I recommend to anyone.

I went for a meal with my family. Josh served us and he was amazing and very helpful with all the adjustments with our meals

If this was a year ago this would be an easy 4 or even maybe 5 stars, however the last two visits to GBK Cribbs Causeway Bristol has been very disappointing as on both occasions the buns and burgers were burnt! The taste of burnt food is the opposite of gourmet.

Visited GBK in Brighton today. Both employees I interacted were young and clearly not very happy and that showed in the quality of their service.

The food was average at best and was certainly not "gourmet" in any way. I would say it was akin to any generic fast food restaurant but the price was astronomical - almost £13 just for a burger. No fries or salad - both were extra. The food was luke warm and delivered to us in just over 5 minutes so clearly not fresh. The milkshakes were made to order and tasted great, however they were over £5 each!

GBK feels out of touch with their pricing, quality and service and I certainly won't be eating there again.

My daughter and I wanted to eat at GBK Westfield (White City) and despite having a number of empty tables (including vacant tables for 2), we were told to wait 10 to 15 minutes.
After 12 minutes a couple walked in and were seated immediately in one of the tables which had been vacant when we first visited. They had not booked the table. No one came to me to offer a table.This couple was white. I am black. We could have been seated straight away, but GBK chose not to. This form of discrimination has no place in 2022.

Arrived at 9 30 ,they close at 10.30 at the Belsize Park GBK restaurant
I ordered a beer and burger and fries
It came within 5 mins so must have been already on the hot plate ready to serve (like McDonald's I guess)
However unlike McDonald's it was dry ,the cheese on top had a skin on it,the lettuce was soggy
To make matter worse the staff started closing the place down at 9.50
They literally were removing the seat covers (apart from mine )on the table I was sat on !!!
So uncomfortable
Yet nearly £19 for dry burger,fries and a beer
The good thing the beer was great
And the staff were efficient and polite
I won't bother again
McDonald's even on Uber eats would be a better bet

My favourite takeaway choice for a Sunday treat BUT gutted they’ve decided to swap out their skinny fries for French - please bring back the skinny, this set you apart from your competitors

Brindley Place:
The Classic Beef, according to the menu, includes house mayo, relish and salad.
We were served the burger, small amount of relish, bun, no mayo and the salad comprised of one small piece of lettuce in the bun.
Message to the directors: you need to review quality, service and prices.

Don't go far away from kindness and politeness don't waste your money

It seems that the restaurant Gourmet Burger is not from the same chain as Gourmet Burger Kitchen. I made a mistake for which I apologise.

There is NOTHING WRONG WITH GBK

I have taken Deliveroo to task about it as it is easy to make a mistake and think that you are ordering from the wonderful GBK when in fact it is an imposter who is sub-contracting out to another company.

Had a bad experience at the Brindley Place outlet - my complaint was picked up by the Assistant Manager at Resorts World Birmingham - she was phenomenal! Took ownership of the issue and got it resolved quickly and effectively and to my satisfaction. One thing to add, however, GBK need to be careful who and when they turn away customers from their outlets - any customer is a valuable customer spending money which is what is needed to keep the outlets open and the company not going under.

I’m really not happy at all to be honest.
Ordered from Uber eats and left a note for the restaurant asking for only lettuce in the burger, but instead it came with everything else inside - which isn’t great for a fussy eater. The fries were dry and cold, and the order was handed to me when I asked for contact free delivery. So pretty bad all in all.

GBK used deliveroo to deliver my burger.
It was delivered an hour later. Cold and soggy and inedible.
GBK must assume responsibility for delivery as well, after all I paid good money for a burger that ended in the bin.

Very fast and efficient customer service. I had a few loyalty stamps missing so I emailed, and within minutes of their reply it was all sorted :)

Ordered three things via Deliveroo from Lordship Lane GBK but only one thing was delivered. Extremely rude woman on the phone was totally unsympathetic and blamed this entirely on Deliveroo as though GBK doesn’t have a professional relationship with Deliveroo.
