Gourmet Burger Kitchen Avis 

GBK Bluewater nightmare. Standing at the front of the que we were told there would be a 15 minute wait. The 15 minutes became 30 minutes and were told the kitchen staff were taking a break and they wanted the restaurant to empty before starting up again. Requested to speak to the manager. Told staff had been working 14 hours and this was now only 17:30 ? We were denied access to sit down and have a drink whilst waiting. The restaurant was now half empty and staff were keeping clear of the door and any eye contact. After 40 minutes we were shown to a table with no apology and manager was no where to be seen. The totally incompetent manager was no where to be seen. How can you close a restaurant mid service with customers waiting to be seated. Food was good.

Ordered 4 burgers (well done) and 4 fries to be delivered, only 2 burgers and 4 fries arrived. The other 2 burgers arrived 30 mins later not well done at all, with a sorry written in pen with a sad face drawn next to it.Tried calling the restaurant constantly through out the evening only to get the engaged tone, tried calling again through out the following day only to hear the engaged tone. Sent them an email 2 days ago asking them to acknowledge the complaint, still not heard from them. If you’re looking for a great burger from a company who values their customers this isn’t the one.

Very very slow, understaffed overpriced and filling tables for 4 people with two then when a group of four come next say they haven't got a table, saw that happen twice while we were there.

Wot a terrible disappointment, more salad roll then donner meat paid £32 for 2 of us was left hungry still at the end

GBK Bath lured us in with a supposed meal deal but there was nothing on the menu. The bean burger was a mush burger. Fries we’re nice but no way was the meal for two worth £35. We won’t be returning.

I had a lovely meal at gbk Liverpool a welcome break while shopping with my husband he had satay I had cheese and bacon on medium beef both of us left clean plates the staff were happy to help and the waiter who brought our food was really nice.

To be greeted at the bar with " Is there a problem? " rather than " Sorry for keeping you waiting so long " did not bode well. To be then told that if we require non dairy in our coffee we should go to Pret or Cafe Nero was the final nail in the coffin. Please note that we were in to order food as well, but after the attitude of the girl serving, enough was enough and we left!

Had a lovey relaxing even with my partner at GBK cribbs. The Hey pesto chicken burger was absolutely 10/10. And this was only made even better by our waiter for the evening, Josh. I haven’t met many people in my life more upbeat and as delightful as him, Great service! And a great experience!

Great dining experience at GBK Cribbs, nothing was too much trouble and the food was delightful. Certainly up there as one of the best burgers I’ve eaten due to it being medium rare! The waitress was helpful and attentive and regularly checked how we were doing. Thanks Tegan. We will definitely call in again soon.
