Uber eats.

South Ken gbk’s consistency is THE WORRSSTT! It’s ALWAYS LIKE THIS. Their food NEVER tastes the same. It’s horrible one day and AWFUL the following day. And the delivery is TERRIBLEEE. My burger was DISGUSTING. Cold, dry, bland, stale, putrid, soggy and everything vile under the sun. They are WAAAAAY overpriced. Whoever is reading this DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SOUTH KEN GBK!!! My order came sooo late that I almost forgot about it. I would rather go to that rubbish bin that they call mcdonalds than eat here again. If you are reading this then here are a few great burger places to go instead: ‘burger and beyond’, ‘honest burgers’, ‘hache’, ‘burger and lobster’, ‘five guys’, ‘Byron burgers’ and ‘Handmade Burger Co’ just to name a few. The rider didn’t even apologise for his extreme lateness. He just knocked and said “gimme the code” Adrian-Albert is his name. I want a refund. Poor service. 4months ago they promised me £15 off my next order if I exceeded 5 orders……..then they deleted it and I never got my reward. Their chicken tenders taste better in the bin.

I had an amazing meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the restaurant staff, especially server Fatima, provided excellent service. Fatima recommended some unique burger combinations that I thoroughly enjoyed. The food was delectable, and I can't wait to visit GBK again!

I am writing from the perspective of gluten free eater The burger I ordered was generally good, apart from the bun which was substandard - very dry and fell to pieces in my hands - the type of bread gluten free eaters had to put up with over a decade ago. There's plenty of choice with gluten free bread these days and no real excuse for a chain that claims to be "gourmet". Also disappointing, no gluten free fries (obligatory with a burger). No gluten free beer -had to do with cider. This is the kind of thing I would have expected well over a decade ago. Overall, very disappointing, very substandard, definitely not "gourmet"
I should add I came here a few years ago and the burger tasted great, the bun completely different, and I had gluten free beer alongside. Definitely they have reduced standards to cut costs. I won't be dining here again.

I've noticed a reduction in the sizes of portions (including the burger sizes), and a general decline in quality across the offerings. My last few orders have also been delivered with incorrect items included. I understand it's a challenging economic climate and staff retention is probably tricky too but still, the focus on reducing the quality of goods rather than restructuring in alternative ways makes for a very disappointing consumer experience.

Although small and expensive, the quality is not equivalent to the price paid.
The hamburger was burnt on the outside like charcoal.

GBK Saturday afternoon Westfield Shepherds Bush - the loos are really disgusting. Shockingly bad for a restaurant - urine and soaking loo roll on the floor and seat in each cubicle…it really put me off my food. CLEAN YOUR LOOS GBK!! Really awful hygiene standards for a restaurant.

This restaurant is well deserved to be rated like this. This is true because they put the extra ingredients in the burger such as the house mayo,they’ve actually made that creatively. When they present the food, i always look at that delicious burger and i take a huge bite, and its always delicious. The reason they are missing a star is because sometimes I enter the place, I find that the floor is not clean and I don’t like it when i enter a restaurant with a dirty floor.

Burger outlet.First time in this outlet Clarks village at Street. First impression very poor customer interaction regarding manners, service was awful chef rang bell that food was ready to serve 5 mins later my wife went and got it as no sign of staff. Apparently short staffed but 2 of them on bar instead of organising their selves a little better . I didn't want to hear excuses as to why service was poor. Food wasn't fantastic either another customer said the same poor. Won't be spending any money with this company again. I wouldn't recommend it either

Where to start.. first, I have tried to make an order using a student discount. In the Studentbeans app and in their app, is is stated that this excludes Bank Holiday and is valid 7 days a week. However, they kept denying it saying that is not valid in the weekend. For the sake of time, I made my order and one of the 2 ordered burgers was wrong. This resulted in me having to send it back and wait for the new one and my partner having to decide between eating alone, or waiting and eating a cold burger. In the end she ate hers, and when mine arrived I ate by myself. Not your ideal lunch date. Used to be better, now very pitiful and unapologetic. No efforts whatsoever to apologise or make up for their mistake.

Lovely service and food was quick to arrive. Fresh and delicious food. Would definitely go back again.

Absolutely awful experience. My order of around £70 included a chicken burger, they gave us a beef patty with no bun! I asked to exchange it for what we ordered and was told the kitchen was closed and would not be reopened for us. My poor little boy is only 5 and was in tears. Customer service is not their strong point. Avoid at all costs.

Awful experience at the Greenwich branch. Our order of 5 burgers and chips came to about £70 and they messed up our order, instead of a chicken burger they gave us a beef patty with no bun. They acknowledged it was their mistake but refused to change the item! They said the kitchen was closed. I asked if they could reopen it to rectify their mistake and Britney said no. Please avoid as they don’t care about their customers.

Great service as always, very accommodating to children. Ryan served us today and his customer service was exceptional made everyone feel welcome and provided great info.

Fab burger chain with great quality burgers

Deliveroo order from GBK Westfield, Stratford -
arrived with Beyond Burger crushed to a pulp inside box by the card flaps, no sign of damage to box or bag so more than lilely happened during negligent boxing in the kitchen. Zero resemblence to product photo on the menu, also missing red onion which is clearly pictured in product photo. Chunky Fries sweaty and limp in non-breathable bag, also no salt - says 'seasoned with salt' on menu. Possibly the worst fast food I've seen in 30 years. Look forward to a repsonse to complaint raised direct with GBK.

We ordered two plant-based burgers via Deliveroo. It took 1.5 hours to get here. Once I opened up the box, it was the saddest thing I've ever seen for the price I paid. It's take-out at its worst. Would have been happier eating cereal for dinner.

Regarding the ‘restaurant’ at Lakeside.
Ordering your food via a QR code, then have the audacity to add a tip to the bill for basically doing everything yourself? No. No. No. Your waiter is tipped for the social interaction, the smiley service and a little bit of chat about the food. Ordering via a mobile phone is both impersonal and awful. What the hell have we come to?
I thought dining out was supposed to be an occasion? A treat? Never going again.

Such bad service along with bad food! Asked for a medium Burger it came out like charcoal..hate to complain but possibly couldn't eat it, sent it back, I didn't even get apology, I got "what table number are you" I am just speechless..I will try to attach the image as I did take a photo of it, it was that bad.
