GDF Studio Avis

Shipping was fast. Assembly was easy.

This was a quality purchase. The same item that I found on other sites for substantially more was shipped for no charge. Came in a timely manner with no issues. The fireplace screen is absolutely beautiful and high-quality!

We never heard of the store, so we were a little worried what we were going to get. Our coffee table arrived on time, in perfect condition, and is a great quality wood. We will buy a lot more furniture from this company in the near future.

I just you to know that your product was really nice. The reason I returned part of my order is because the table was too small. My measurement was off when I placed the order. I needed something a little larger.
Thanks and I appreciate you support.

nice product as shown. Easy to assemble.

Best price by far for the same table offered at two other sites.

Great service, fast shipping!

It was really easy to order our outdoor patio set and it all arrived pretty quickly for having been shipped across country. It looks so good on our sun porch and we are generally really happy with it. But a couple of things...

I didn't anticipate it needing so much assembly, but I did it in a day. But on one of the pieces, the housing where you screw the bolt into the leg broke, so that one section is not supported by a bolt now. You can't tell. I guess all the other bolts make up for it. But it had me a little worried about long term quality. I guess time will tell.

Lastly, it had the strongest fumes when taken out of the package. It smelled toxic or like chemicals and I got a bad migraine after assembling half of it. You combine that with the prop 65 warning and it had me concerned. The smell has since dissipated quite a bit since being outside for a few days.

I ordered an sectional couch and it looks amazing. This is my first time ever ordering from GDF and my experience was amazing and to top it very fast shipping. I will be defiantly ordering from here again.

im very happy with my purchase and the customer service was amazing

GDF made a great effort to deliver quality product. Its a real solid piece of furniture. Took two of us to build in about 6 hours. It took some real patience...mostly because alot of the pieces were bent up--Im assuming in shipping? GDF should really invest in extra padding for shipment. I have photos of bent up corners of roofing---bent support bars for the roof panels that are so bent up you couldn't slip the poly carbonate panels into them. The inner track for the curtain was bent up in one place so much that you couldn't slide the curtain closed. All of this was fixable, but it left scratches in the metal and it added a lot of frustration.
All in all it is a 4 star rating because GDF furniture is quality ...and this exact gazebo was DOUBLE the cost at Menards.

Excellent deal for the money.
Great quality materials and easy to build.

The quality seemed decent. BUT the cushions I ordered come with a warning that they contain "more than a safe amount" of cancer causing chemicals.
And I ordered biege and they are pale yellow.
Returning.

The chairs are great! This was an excellent transaction. Great price. Fast delivery. Excellent quality.

Nice chairs as described easy to put together

The size of joggers fit exactly like the site recommended and they arrived a week before they said they would. Super soft and can't wait to wear!

I love my ottoman. The price was the best and delivery was on time . I will look for other items to buy
