Requested dispatch confirmation via email and the contact us form. No response from either. My order hasn’t arrived and I have no idea if even dispatched !!! Requested a refund but yet again NO response. Terrible customer service would not recommend as all forms of communication ignored.

I don't know why people are giving geek 1 star.
I have been shopping with geek for more than 4 years. I know there products are not top notch but considering how cheap it is you don't have to blame them..but there products servs it purpose nicely.
If there is any issues with your products and you report it,you are refunded instantly. There products arive in time. If there is 10 stars i will give them.

This is just a Web shop full of scammers I have ordered and everything didn't arrive delivery dates change every day from on way to not posted no way of reviewing seller there's no way of refund its one big scam its a complete lottery.

Realice hace un año un apartado de preventa y ahora me marca pagina no existente cuando quiero retomarla y abonar o liquidar, hice una cuenta pero me salen con que no existe. La figura en cuestion en la pagina la tienen ya a la venta pero mucho mas cara de como la anunciaron hace un año. Tengo semanas escribiendoles por correo y por wa pero ni una sola palabra de respuesta al momento.

This is absolutely shocking most of these reviews have got to be fake. I cant tell you how many people I know who have had issues with this company. They send you things you didn't order they will not refund you if they mess up it is absolutely disgusting that businesses like this get away with the stuff that they do. It is no wonder they have to have Geek shopping too so that anyone who gets screwed over from wish ends up going there only to get screwed by the same company. It wouldnt surprise me if Ali express was the same company. No wonder on their site they basically say that you agree to lose all rights to a class action lawsuit by purchasing from them. Red flags anyone??? Yeah.. They screwed me over. Sent me totally different stuff than what I ordered, and then they wanted me to take pictures of it all to prove that they messed up and they wanted me to send the stuff back to them that they had accidentally sent me. I wonder who received the products I actually ordered! One of which was about half of what I had paid. Another item I bought still was never sent to me, and they apparently refund you if a product isn't delivered within a certain amount of time.. Thats a lie! unfortunately I cant do anything about it because it was just under 50 dollars. I bet they are aware of this as well. Would never buy again or recommend to anybody. Don't believe the stuff you see because they are total scammer jerks who don't give a crap about any of their customers.

Its not hard to tell this site is scam when they list items and say 20 sold but have 40+ reviews. Also anything with 2 stars or less notes there was no comment left. Yehh right!!!

Ordered e-bike from Geek December 2021 and to this day have not received it and correspondence through email has stopped on there end.

Unglaublich. Meine Ware ist nicht bei mir angekommen und das Geld bekomme ich auch nicht zurück. Es heißt, ich solle mich ehrlich machen, weil ich angeblich zu viele Rückerstattungen hatte. Ich bin sehr wütend.
Ich möchte mich, auch nicht indirekt, eine Betrügerin nennen lassen. Ich habe vergeblich versucht den Kundenservice zu kontaktieren. Keine Chance.

GEEK ist ein Interessanter Laden, viel wird angeboten. alles ok wenn man etwas kauft was es hier nicht gibt, aber nur keine technischen Teile Kaufen. Entweder schon mal verkauft worden und zurückgegeben oder sonst wie defekt.keine Uhren bestellen. Kunderservice verdient den Namen nicht.Also buy german. SORRY GEEK

Sono stata truffata poche ore fa. Farò denuncia alla polizia.

Ho credito di acqustare una friggitrice ad aria di 7lt , digitale, ma ho ricevuto una friggitrice di 2.8 non digitale per un valore di €60 mentre io ne ho pagati €90. Ho cercato di ricontattarli ma a problema esposto mi hanno attaccato il telefono. 3509533187, 3517608198 sono i loro numeri
