Ora vorrei capire come rientrare dei soldi perché inaffidabili al 100 per 100.
In più non vi è modo di avere risposte per risolvere le controversie.

NO COMPRAR. Son horribles, retrasan la fecha de llegada del producto y vuelven a retrasar y vuelven a retrasar y te mantienen como un tonto. Ademas luego no te llega el producto y es imposible reclamar, sus sistemas de reclamacion no funcionan. Si pagas hazlo a traves de PAY PAL para que ellos te solucionen los problemas pero mi consejo es NO COMPRAR.

Paid 3 months ago for 4 mask. Never received them. Refuse to refund my money. They are a scam. Do not order from them. I lost almost $200. Thieves!

If I could give a Zero star I would. Purchased a product 4/28/20 . 6/25/2020 still nothing. Shame on myself for not researching this site prior. I was fortunate enough to get an email saying they now shipped again USPS. LOL

Do not buy from this company!! I placed two separate orders on the same day for N95 masks. They have been “at a post office in the United States” since early May. After Reporting this company to PayPal, I miraculously received the 1st mask less than a week later. No word on the second mask. Tracking is bogus because it still shows “in transit “ for both masks.

Ordered a few different things, all of them taking far too long to arrive, I'll pay a bit extra and buy from GB in future, give geek/wish a wide birth if I were you!!

I wouldn't prefer no one to order from this company I ordered a black smartwatch with a black band and what I received was a rose gold watch with a brown band which in my opinion was for a female I've never seen a guy walking around with a rose gold smartwatch so I emailed the company the same day and haven't received a response yet

4 orders only 1 delivered. Order placed in April 2 months for a refund. Items are of often poor quality you get what you pay for prices are often more expensive than on ebay and probably from the same seller. Avoid.

Absolutely impossible to get a refund. I ordered an item on the 3rd May 2020. Tracking says it was delivered on the 15th May 2020, I DONT THINK SO! It is now 17th June and i have been trying for the last 10 days to get a response or a refund, but every time i'm met with the same automated and non-helpful response. Customer service from this company is shocking!!!

My last purchase May 2nd and 3rd 5th 12th and so on like 6 orders, all my products expired on a 3 week delivery already. I Been 6 weeks and date keeps changing. Last I bought products labeled ship from USA fast shipping and the shipping info says shipped from China. The customer service is automated text and its useless even to describe it. Has good deals but the time to Geek to deliver is very bad lately unlike in 2018 2019. I would keep buying but not till I get my ordered goods and they update the app customer service.

Muy muy muy malo, llevo tres Meses esperando unos artículos cuando llega la fecha maxima para que llegue te cambian la fecha y te la retrasan un mes más reclamas y te dicen que hasta la fecha maxima de llegada no puedes reclamar les envías las reclamaciones anteriores y no te hace ni caso y de los articulos que llegan muy mala calidad

THIS IS A TOTAL AND ABSOLUTE SCAM! I ordered a tabletop gaming machine on May 14, 2020. The site claimed I would receive it in 5-7 business days. After TEN business days, I emailed them to ask where my product was. They had the unmitigated GALL to say that because of COVID-19 their warehouse had "unforeseen delays", and I would have to wait 7 MORE business days to receive the item. I told them to cancel and refund my money but they claimed it was a final sale and they would be happy to refund after I received the item. Still waiting........Total freaking scam and because they mentioned COVID-19 I delayed putting a stop payment on until they snatched my money. Very angry!!!!
