Like many of the users here, I ordered 4 masks from this company, this was over 2 months ago. They have still not gotten what I purchased to me. They generated a USPS shipping label and sent the tracking number to me in order to placate me after a month had passed. Still nothing. They have their headquarters listed as Texas on their website, but they are a chinese based company. If I had known the masks were shipping from China, I wouldn't have purchase them.

The sad thing is, I did purchase some 3D printing equipment from a Chinese company after ordering these masks. It arrived promptly within two weeks. Avoid this company at all costs. Now I have to go dispute these charges with PayPal.

This is a total scam! Ordered last April 11 and until now no update! Website in the receipt email doesn't exist anymore.

Scam site, keep changing delivery date paid £10 delivery for may 7th Delivery then told it would be June 6th still not arrived, customer service no existent WILL NEVER use again,

Sounds like a team of organized thieves. Thanks to all the warning. Glad I checked first. Hope you all who got ripped off feel a little bit better that I will never give one penny to these type of people because of good help from you all. ThAnKs!

We ordered 6 reusable, and quite expensive "GeekMasks" on April 30, 2020. Payment posted to our credit card on May 3, 2020. I received an email on May 5 stating: Your package has shipped! with a tracking number. The tracking information has not changed since May 8 - is shows it as awaiting pick up by the carrier. I sent emails directly and through their website asking for an update on the tracking and received no response. I sent another email cancelling on May 26 and received an email that said my order was not refundable for 12 hours after being placed. I just disputed the transaction with my credit card - Capital One - and they were great, but save yourself the time and aggravation and don't order from GeekMask.

I wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money on Geek.

The worst site ever everything you order is never in stock and you end up getting a money back when you do manage to order something it takes months and months to arrive and then it's crap pure cheap crap sites like this shouldn't be allowed to sell it's wrong

Worst scam site ever. They sell nothing but crap. Pure crap. You think it might just be less than good and maybe a good deal but.... you will get crap.

Geek is garbage. Orders are always weeks late. When the boxes arrive they look like they where delivered by Ace Ventura. And if the product is miraculously undamaged it is still a cheap piece of garbage. It's like when You order the Big Mac you see on the commercials and you get... A Big Mac and you are hit with utter disappointment.

Absolutely dreadful company. If you look at product reviews you will see the same reviews for different products. No customer service and the goods you get are really sub standard. Ho rimandato indietro un cellulare android perché non era come descritto e ancora aspetto rimborso. Il cellulare mi è arrivato il 26 dicembre ho fatto reclamo e diverse domande e attese mi hanno mandato una email con il codice di spedizione. Il cellulare è stato spedito ma dopo diversi mesi non è arrivato il rimborso. Cosa bisogna fare?

I have never before taken the time to write a review because it usually doesn't make a difference but If possible, I would give this seller....and I use the term loosely.....I would give them a negative rating. I never received tracking information, but once I finally received the product, it was not as advertised and It is utterly impossible to get them to respond to my request to return the product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TOPSGEEK!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Worse than the worst. Absolutely do not use this site. They have not sent the product I ordered... they do not respond to questions about the order... there is no tracking information and they are using this troubled time to take advantage of people who are looking for products.

Do Not Do Business With This Site - Fraud!

Purchased small/child size N95 mask from them and received a CLOTH mask with no N95 capabilities. Cannot be "fit test" to provide protection as an N95 mask. Anyone who has ever worn an N95 mask knows they have an adjustable metal nose piece to make them fit air tight against the bridge of the nose for air tight fit. The filter does NOT fit inside the mask and provides NO PROTECTION. Their site advertised 3 filters but sent only one. In these terrible times of Covid-19, shame on this company for taking advantage of people by taking money under false advertising. It is dangerous that some people may have ordered these masks and think they are being protected and protecting others.

Terrible product, terrible service. They sent me the wrong sizes and are giving me a hard time about a refund--and they're telling me that I have to pay for shipping back to China, though there was no information provided that this was a product shipping directly from China. And I have no promise that they will refund me. Cheap, poor quality and it cost a FORTUNE. Masks fall off. Gotta love these people, taking advantage of people during a pandemic.

DO NOT BUY ANY OF THE .50 or .48 deals. I am having to jump through hoops to get refunded 14 days later....

I understood that there was a "limited supply" and if it didn't get processed I would be refunded I did 88 purchases and not one went thru and now I have to go through a few steeps with each one and wait 14 days to receive my money back! What a scam!

Fully Geeked is a total scam rip off product...the design is flawed and cheap. IT WILL NOT PROTECT YOU!
