Extremely slow. You cant talk to a real person only an automated response. I've been waiting weeks for items and tracking is utterly useless

They cheat with the postage and at least the price is higher as you expected.

My item was ordered a month ago and do not yet even have shipping info. They will not refund until item is receive. Could be never. What a scam. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wish I would have read this before I placed an order.. they said they shipped it then gave me a fake shipping number.. the whole site is a scam.. why hasn’t somebody shut this Crap down .. can’t get a refund..

Cheap products, a lot of illégal copys . And take’s for ever for shipping. You cant reach the customer service.

Ordered an electric bike from geek. Bike was really poor quality and did not work. Got a return slip off supplier so I could send the bike back and get a refund. Bike was received back in shop and five weeks later still haven’t received a refund. Contacted customer support numerous times but never get a response. Total scam never buy anything off geek

Just about every item I order arrives late... I've just had an extra 2 weeks added to a pair of headphones ordered well in advance for a birthday present which will now be missed and have had to order another set from Amazon.They are quick enough to take your money and advertise a a delivery date that virtually never happens, exactly the same as wish..... I suggest Amazon guys as they deliver as they say..... 👎 #dissappointed

Called customer service located in Wisconsin. Bought a 65 inch smart TV from Best Buy. Needed assistants casting mobile to smart TV. Instead of helping me through the process. Customer Service Rep told me to use YouTube. After a while I figured it out on my own.
Pay that much for a product and you send me to YouTube for assistance. Unfucking believable! Last time I go there!

Frauds! They have deducted the money but didn't provide the product! I have asked for refund, but that didn't happen!

Check AMAZON first before you buy this indestructible cord 2.0 product. They are much lower in price on Amazon. I ordered this cord from the product geeks website. The description calls this cord the 3 in 1 cord and shows it come with 3 charging pieces. When it arrived it only had an iPhone attachment. I notified customer service that the description shows 3 pieces on the one I ordered, they said that despite the picture it only comes with 1 iPhone piece , and if I want the others I can pay them more money...... SCAMMERS!

This cord DOES NOT WORK if your phone is in a case. This cord is just like all the other cords on the market except 3x the price. Don’t waste your money with this company with horrible customer service and misleading advertisements.

If I could give a 0 star or a - 1 I would. It's 100% waste of time. Placed many orders. Never received. Customer service is a bot and no live person will help.

I bought a cheap Seiko watch. It's probably a fake one. the wristband broke after wearing it just for 2 weeks.

I won't bother with a refund, it was a good lesson for me to never ever again buy ANYTHING from ANY chinese webshop and I basically wanted to test if I would enjoy wearing a watch again (which I do) So I will buy a proper European one one at retail prices.

I read reviews on another site saying this was a good online store but that hasn't been my experience. I purchased an item and still haven't received it. I am wondering if it's all a scam. I would not use this site.

wish and geek are both the worst sites I have ever used it's taken a month my stuff still hasn't arrived I ordered a Bluetooth speaker and they sent me something they don't even sell and it was broken I wait this long to get something broken in the mail is ridiculous but as far as my review goes it gets a zero I will tell everybody my experience

Geek Wish truffatori di nome e di fatto. Inaffidabile perché ho chiesto troppi rimborsi per articoli mai arrivati. Sono loro che indicano i tempi di consegna quindi se gli ordini non arrivano nei tempi stabiliti sono loro gli inaffidabili. Roba da non credere. Ho ancora articoli in ordine e spero che mi arrivino anche perché ho speso parecchi euro dopodiché li mando a fan..lo.

Compre un autobus de londres y me llego por piezas de Builerds. Lo tengo medio montado porque me faltaba una pieza y crei que la habia perdido. Pero sigo montandolo y ahora me faltan 5 piezas de momento. No dudo que me falte alguna mas. Ruego me indiquen forma y manera de solicitar esas piezas y las que me falten. Es decir. El pedido no viene completo. Espero sus noticias.
