Don’t trust GEEKOM – they won’t fix their own mistakes

I bought a device from GEEKOM Australia, and what followed is a six‑week (still continuing) nightmare of poor communication, delays, and outright bad‑faith behaviour. They sent me the wrong model, then refused to issue a simple refund, insisting I cover the return shipping and jump through hoops at my own time and expense.

Their customer care is so bad that they don’t even attempt to solve the issue in a way that satisfies the customer. There is no genuine effort to fix their own mistake, only excuses, delays, and conditions that benefit them, not the consumer. This is the worst support experience I have ever had.

After six weeks of being strung along and offered no proper remedy, I lost all confidence and trust in this company.
GEEKOM has failed basic consumer‑law obligations, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

If you value your time, your money, and being treated fairly, avoid doing business with them.

Return shipping fee
As there is currently no pickup service available locally, please first check the cost of regular courier pickup in your area. Once you inform us of the price, we will apply for shipping fee reimbursement for you.
Refund policy
The refund will be processed by our finance department only after the warehouse receives the returned device. Due to our company's financial security regulations, we are unable to advance the refund payment. We appreciate your understanding.

Excellent outcome after a stock issue — Camille was fantastic

I recently ordered the GEEKOM IT13 i9-13900HK and was disappointed to be told a few days later that it was out of stock. However, the way Camille from the support team handled the situation completely turned things around. She responded promptly, offered alternative options, and when I explained my situation, she went out of her way to arrange an upgrade to the 32GB/2TB model at no extra cost as a goodwill gesture. The order was processed and dispatched the same day. Really impressed with how this was handled — great product and even better customer service when it counted. Would recommend.

Great product and service

The A6 desktop with 16 Gb memory is working very well for office and personal use. It's a sleek little box, and everything I wanted.
The customer support has been very good. The only negative is that they only reply once per day. However, I accidentally ordered the wrong computer, and they changed the order for me, without making me cancel and reorder. Then I had a Windows 11 problem, and they gave me clear instructions to reinstall Windows. Their support has been wonderful. I would buy another.

Display failed on 3 of 4 monitors

I lost three of the four monitor I use on my A9. I reached out to Geekom support with the problem; they worked with me via timely emails to resolve the issue. Turned out to be a bad display driver.

Don't waste your money

There's got to be something wrong with their quality control.

I bought a Geekom PC and within months, it was having problems when powering on. I sent it in for a replacement.

The replacement also had serious problems. It would randomly freeze every 3-4 days when doing only light tasks like Zoom calls. Again, I sent it back for a replacement, but this time I had to wear the postage costs because of their returns policy.

I gifted the second replacement PC to my father, who has reported that it has restarted randomly while editing Word documents several times in only a few months. I'm embarrassed to have gifted him a dud.

Customer service was responsive, however, English doesn't seem to be their first language, leading to much frustration.

They refused to issue me a refund which I am entitled to under Australian consumer law. Frankly, I don't have the time or energy to pursue legal action. I'll just have to take it as a very expensive lesson, which I'm hoping you can benefit from.

Don't waste your time or money on Geekom. Spend your money on a more reputable brand.

Powerful Mini PC for demoing games

Work in Gaming and need a powerful but superlight weight set of PCs I could take to trade shows to demo titles. Latest Integrated Graphics handle games as good as many dedicated GPUs but in a smaller package.

Geekom takes care of their customers!

Ordered the mechanical keyboard and mouse set. Unfortunately, the package arrived incomplete, but customer service was outstanding in correcting the error. Replacement has been received. I also own the A8 minicomputer. Excellent product. I've had no problems and I'm completely happy with everything! Thank you Geekom. I will order again from this company.

My Geekom experience


I recently purchased a Geekom A-8 mini pc online, the delivery was remarkably quick which was a great surprise. A missing element in the shipping order was dealt with immediately, a second great surprise.
The Geekom A-8 is a wonderful little pc, packed with plenty of grunt to get my video editing done and more. I'm super happy with this purchase.
The Geekom sales department were extremely helpful with the delivery and the communication in general was very thorough.
I would give Geekom a 10 out of 10 for the product and service. I am also happy to recommend this brand to others.

Exceptional Customer service

We ordered and quickly received our first Mini PC from Geekom, which appeared to be an amazing piece of equipment, given my previous limited experience of Desktop PC’s. Unfortunately, shortly after connecting and starting the mini I experienced some problems with updates failing. I am not overly computer literate and was worried about correcting the problem.

I need not have been, Peter, and the after sales team were stars. Numerous emails were exchanged and replies were always received within 24 hours. Unfortunately, even with their guidance I was unable to resolve the issue locally, due I suspect to my lack of computer literacy, but again Geekom came to the rescue and provided a replacement Mini PC.

No debate required and no postal charges for myself. The service I received can only be described as exceptional and I would happily use this company again.
