I genuinely don’t understand how GEEKOM expects people to trust them at this point. I tried to back their A9 Mega mini PC through Kickstarter, and it was an absolute mess from start to finish. The so-called “early bird” deal was impossible to secure — payment wouldn’t go through, there was zero guidance, and no matter how many times I tried to reach out via email or chat, I got absolutely no response. Not even an automated acknowledgement.
What makes it worse is the pricing confusion. They were suggesting ridiculously low RRP figures, then suddenly the product shows up at nearly £3,000 — nowhere near what was implied. That’s not just a small discrepancy, that’s completely misleading.
And the lack of customer service is honestly shocking. No replies, no support, no clear contact point. For a company selling high-value tech, that’s a massive red flag. It doesn’t exactly inspire confidence when you’re potentially spending thousands.
On top of that, there’s no clear evidence of proper UK or even wider European repair support. So if something goes wrong, what exactly are customers supposed to do? Ship it halfway across the world and hope for the best?
I was actually really excited about this product, but the entire experience has completely killed any trust I had. Between the broken Kickstarter process, the silence from support, and the confusing pricing, this has been nothing but frustrating.
At this point, I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying anything from them.Please avoid as you will only receive(if) automatic AI responses.
Geekom UK’s web site suggests they are UK based. They are not. They appear to be in Taiwan. They don’t respond to enquiries on their web site, and they don’t appear to have a UK presence beyond 3rd party partners. The shipping info references an Amazon delivery but it has taken 5 days since I ordered and nothing arrived yet. With hindsight I should have ordered direct from Amazon.

I purchased a Geekom Mini PC to replace an older pc tower that was struggling to run Windows 11. The PC is supplied with the necessary fittings to mount on the rear of a monitor and this is what I did so it takes up no space though can of course sit on a flat surface if required. It was easy to set up and runs like a dream with Win 11 Pro pre-installed. The cooling fan rarely comes on so most of the time it operates in complete silence. Intel 7 processor, 32gb ram and a 1TB ssd. Placing the order and delivery was a trouble free process. For everday computing ; web browsing, email, spreadsheets, word processor etc it has been the perfect upgrade.

Looking for a new Media Player PC I found Geekom products. Brilliant plug and play units in a palm size package a quarter of the size of my old unit with massive power speed and storage. It is a great addition to my hifi listening. Do consider this for your hifi streaming and PC sytem

Very pleased with both Geekom A5 and A6 mini PCs that we bought and installed to replace 2 PCs stuck on Windows 10. Very neat (11x11x4 cm), they fit easily under the screen. Each set-up cost under £500 (including screen, keyboard and mouse where needed). So far I can tell no difference between the two models: both have 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. Definitely to be recommended.
The only reservation is that one of the PCs was left on our doorstep for some time in full view of passers-by by whoever delivered it. Luckily we got to it before anyone else.

Speedy delivery of my A8 Max and looks a quality product. Set up the preinstalled Windows Pro and away.
However between Microsoft and Geekom Bios I failed to get three months of Microsft updates. With good support from Geekom, I installed the latest Bios; driver set; and then did the AMD updates. I then had to do an in place update of Windows which is now working fine.
Geekom kindly offered to replace the device but now not necessary.
Would have helped to have the AMD update software more clearly signposted, and advice to check Bios and Drivers.
After four months, it now works well across office and photo processing. Just sips power - peaking at around 50 watts before settling back cool and quiet.

I purchased the Geekom A9 Max Mini PC (AMD Ryzen 9 370) in October 2025, and it has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The device arrived very well packaged, giving me confidence right out of the box.
For its size, this mini PC is surprisingly powerful and has handled everything I’ve thrown at it without hesitation. It has been extremely useful for both everyday tasks and more demanding workloads (BIM/ CAD some video editing and casual games) as well as multitasking. Over the months, I’ve had zero issues—the system has been stable and reliable.
Driver updates are released periodically and are simple and quick to install, which keeps the device running smoothly. On top of that, my entire purchasing experience with Geekom has been flawless. Their communication and support have been consistently excellent, with fast, helpful responses.
I also appreciate that Geekom occasionally offers rewards and discounts, which makes it even more enticing to return for future purchases. Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed and highly recommend both the product and the company.

Faulty IT 13 Mini PC. From reading the forums it seems the IT 13 has an inherent issue where a part of the motherboard where the power comes in burns out. Geekom do not provide spare parts. They do not support “Right to repair” which is a Global agreement where spares for there products have to be in supply for 10 years. So if you can’t provide your order number or it’s from a Company they don’t recognise you are left with very expensive Door Stop. As a Company they are in violation of the Global agreement. If you need parts forget it. Customer Service is non existent with I suspect BOT’s doing the work. If you are still under warranty and bought it from a supplier they sell to you are fine. They replace them like for like and they bin the faulty one you sent back. Not good for the planet.

I bought a Geekom GT12 Pro, I have to say this is an amazing machine for the size, the performance is beyond exception, I have several excel spreadsheets opens as well as numerous others and it handles with ease. Also the customer service is great I always get a response really quickly and very professional. Highly recommend these great machines and GEEKOM

After buying the top model A9 mini computer I contacted Geekcom's customer service regarding adding a second SSD 2 TB storage module. A week later I am still waiting for a response.
I am therefore going to return the unit to Geekom under their 30 days return policy because the after sales service is so very poor.
For this reason alone I cannot recoomend this company.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It's a very powerful and compact computer, with plenty of ports for peripherals. The built-in GPU has enabled me to change my screen settings to HD. I'm now looking for a screen with higher resolution as this machine supports up to 8k. It's also silent which is nice when listening to music etc. Customer support (Camille) has been quick to respond and very helpful.

I had a Geekom computer for about six months when it suddenly stopped working. A quick examination showed that the motherboard had melted at the power input location. Geekom customer service was very responsive, even though it was during a holiday period for the company. Once the holiday period was over they shipped me a replacement computer and all I had to do was return the defective one - minus the removeable memory. I had the same thing happen with a competitor's computer but was never able to get a response from their "customer service." Geekom wins out in this aspect.

The customer service group have shown great support on my case since the day 1. Once they received my email of mini computer failed been powered up, they instructed me for a quick check of the possible issue.
Without a second of delay, they offered me a replacement proposal which might be unlikely for other big company such as Costco. So as a customer, I did not have to be trapped into technical discussion back and forth etc. So the whole processes went through quite smoothly and I received a replacement system run greatly since then.
Appreciated all the efforts you guys have done on my case.

Ordered a black Friday deal A5 2025 mini pc. To replace my old Intel nuc pc of 8 years old.
Arrived in 2 days, set up in 15mins,windows 11 pro already installed. Super pleased with it, does exactly what I want it to do. Superb quality product thank you Geekom. 👏👍
