Shameful…..

Appalling service. Happy to take my money but supplied an item that was packaged in non-original boxing and completely without either a receipt or manual/guides.

Further worsened by a failure to respond at all to a polite email follow up asking for the above.

I spent over $600 and got less than $6 worth of support.

Look elsewhere

$1100 gun that doesn't fire more than 2 rounds before jamming, worthless gun can't do anything at all. total waste of money, gbu staff unwilling to help, 1100$ down the drain.

Purchased an electronic target for $45, good value.
Set up in my loungeroom so I can shoot while watching TV. I like it. Thanks GBU

I doubt the bad reviews, the team are always easy to talk to and warranty is a breeze, just tell them the issue and they will sort it out.

did the other people go to a different store or something? I got instant replies on the website chat thing, and they still havent missed my call, i called 4 times to order more.

Blaster never arrived , don’t answer emails , they don’t really give a shit about reviews as there always be some one dumb enough to purchase (me lol)hope the go bust sooner rather than later and save people money and waste of time

I swear, i ordered some gel blasters but i had a problem, 2-3 weeks and still ongoing without a reply, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE DOGS

Ordered scope and replacement volt. Quoted estimated delivery 11th March. Purchased. Then reality. I am advised delivery will be approx 10 business days.
Bait advertising. Notified business. Laughed at by New Zealand worker. Manager did nothing and owner who promised to call did nothing.
Now I have moved on as I am travelling and could not wait the extra time. The delivery still has not been received.
GBU did nothing. Emails prove it.
Such high praise I see for blatant bait advertising. Not addressed by the business nor fixed.
Great products. Zero business ethics.
