Ordered a trampoline before Christmas. Left a note on purchase for shipping company to drop it at my house via the open gate. Delivery was made in 3 boxes on different days and all left at the unused closed gate. The 3rd package was stolen within 2hrs of proposed delivery time to when we looked at the gate for the package and the shipping company has passed blame to Little Nation for not passing on the note. I have tried multiple times to contact and left support tickets to try and even purchase the missing box but with no reply and no direct contact number available to call them. Very poor customer service, I'm sure my kids would have loved playing on the trampoline if we received all 3 boxes.
If I could rate this company a 0 then that’s what exactly would be happening. Ordered a balance bike for Christmas and there was a missing part. It’s impossible to speak to someone over the phone and only lodge a ticket via their website.
In summary through countless emails & misleading response on arrival I had to threaten going to NSW Fair Trading & ACCC to get a response.
It’s been 3 months since it was originally purchased and it still cannot be used. If you want reliable customer service then I would be going elsewhere.
I ordered a trampoline in early November, only received the base before Christmas. It’s now February and nobody from little nation will reply to my query, all I get is a generic email that will respond shortly. I’m very disappointed with the service
Save yourself the hassle and don't bother with Little nation. Find an alternative from a business that is not online only.
Ordered a 12 ft trampoline, only received 2 of 3 boxes, customer service will respond to cover themselves legally but will ignore you hoping you will give up. Our 3rd box finally turned up a month after the other two.
No chance of a return or refund.
Not impressed. We purchased the Little Nation Android 10.1″ WiFi Tablet and have had ongoing issues with it failing to turn on. On one occasion we managed to get it working after lengthy troubleshooting using the power and volume buttons, but this workaround no longer works. We’ve tried multiple chargers, cables, and power sources with no success.
The tablet has only been used a dozen or so times, yet the problem has occurred repeatedly since purchase, suggesting a fault with the device. Unfortunately, Little Nation has advised they won’t assist as it is outside the 12-month warranty, offering no return or service options. Given the minimal use and recurring issues, this is very disappointing.
Littlenation.com.au refuses to reply to my requests for a warranty claim on a snapped trampoline spring and a hole worn through in the trampoline mat after only 3 months of use by 1 child.
They have consistently ignored my requests for help replacing the parts which come under their advertised 2 year warranty. Zero communication from them and with no address or phone number listed my hands are tied.
I have started the process of making a formal complaint to Consumer Affairs. Do not buy from this company, I regret my decision to buy from them whole heartedly :-(
I ordered a 12ft trampoline from Little Nation for my son’s birthday and was really excited for it to arrive. Unfortunately, the box was missing two essential T-Tube connectors, meaning we couldn’t assemble it.
I reported the issue straight away, sent photos as requested, and followed up multiple times. I was later told the missing parts must have been misplaced because the box weight was correct - but I can confirm they simply weren’t included.
It’s been really disappointing, especially as the trampoline was meant to be the main birthday gift, and my children have been unable to use it. There’s no contact number to speak to anyone directly, which makes resolving simple issues really hard.
I truly hope the company can improve their customer service and quality control, because the trampoline itself looks great - we just need all the parts to actually use it.

I’m really disappointed with Little Nation’s customer service. I purchased a helmet for my nephew but needed to return it. I submitted two separate support tickets requesting a refund/return and weeks later I still haven’t received any response.
What makes this worse is that the company has no phone number listed, so there’s no way to actually speak to someone. It feels like they’ve made it intentionally difficult for customers to resolve issues.
Under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010), businesses must provide remedies such as refunds or returns when requested in line with consumer guarantees. By ignoring my tickets and providing no direct contact options, Little Nation is failing to meet those basic obligations.
A children’s safety product company should stand behind their products and offer clear, reliable support. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and potentially unlawful. I would not recommend Little Nation until they improve their customer service and compliance with consumer rights.

Brisbane Qld Based- My wife bought multiple of their Bikes and the customer service is appalling. They don't respond to their customer support email address, and when they do, their written english would indicate this company is offshore. We would not recommend buying from Little Nations.
This review is for the NZ branch of Little Nation. I ordered the 14” kids pedal bike. While it arrived promptly, the instructional manual was so vague that it didn’t even feature many of the bolts an nuts, and the images and instructions were not sufficient to be able to assemble the bulk of the (apparently 90% pre assembled) bike. Indeed, the manual actually stated that the bike should be assembled by a trained mechanic; not what one would expect after paying a pretty penny for it from a reputable company, when there was no mention on the websiteThere was no option to phone the company; nor was there an option to message Little Nation NZ through their social media presence. Typing lesser and lesser detailed key words into their online chatbot option didn’t work, even when I had whittled it down to “assemble bike”. Submitting an online form could take up to one business day for a response ; I have not had a response yet but my daughter’s birthday is tomorrow so at 7:30pm I’m running short of time. I managed to get a response from a staff member from what I presume is the international email address, given to me when I messaged their instagram page and got the response “this channel of communication is no longer open. Please email *** if you need to get in touch”, but after responding with my issue i have yet to hear back from Little Nation. Not great after service.
HORRIBLE customer service!
I ordered a bike in October to gift my son today (December 6th). The bike arrived with a broken part, which I emailed them about straight away in October, when I noticed during unboxing. I have constantly been having to chase this up. I email them every week or fortnight to see what is going on, most of the time I am getting no reply. I have had a couple of unhelpful replies, the last one was them asking for my address to finally send a replacement (as if they don’t already have my address from sending out my parcel in the first place), and asking a question that already had been answered in a previous email. Now a couple of weeks later, still nothing. I have emailed twice to follow up since their last email. I am simply being ignored and stuck with a broken part of the bike. I deliberately bought this long before needing it, to avoid this sort of mishap. Now I had to give my son an incomplete bike today. Just absolutely disgraceful. Would highly recommend finding another company to buy a bike from. Maybe also one that supplies you with proper instructions to put the bike together, as this was lacking as well.
Great balance bike! Son loves it and super lightweight. Lost one of the bolts and was able to purchase kit to replace. Would purchase again.
Really happy with the push trike from Little Nation. Great quality product and quick delivery. Will ship with Little Nation again.
