I have been waiting nearly a month for my order with no details! Customer service is terrible and delayed! Let’s hope they refund me because I have not received my order and it clearly has not been sent! Thought it was a reputable business but is not! Order from anywhere but here
Poor quality and even worse customer service
My mum bought my son a bike for his first birthday and the shade broke immediately (poor quality plastic). Customer service replied once saying they won't have parts for 1-2 months, so 'please email again after this time', but then never replied since. Why do I have to email back? Can't they put me on a pre-order list and just dispatch it when it arrives? It's been 6 weeks and there is no update on an ETA for parts since I checked in at the 1 month mark. They just ignore me now - have not received a reply beyond the initial acknowledgement saying 1-2 months. My bike is totally new, minimally used and looks embarrassing. Avoid this company

I would avoid using this company unless you are 100% sure you want the item being ordered. Whilst there was nothing physically wrong with the item ordered it was not the right size for our use do I requested a return and this is where things went wrong. I experienced what I consider to be were delaying tactics to exceed the 30 days within which returns are accepted. I must have asked at least 10 times for the returns address and lost count how many times I provided the same answers to questions about the product and why I wanted to return it. I will never use this company again and advise caution to anyone else.

Don’t buy from this Company! They sent me out a faulty product and wouldn’t respond to my emails when I was trying to resolve the problem. Worst customer service ever. I have taken the matter further. If you are lucky enough to receive the item you will find that the products are cheap and nasty anyway. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They should be shut down.

I placed an order on March 24th and was notified it had been dispatched the following day. However, I only received part of my order, with the remaining items never arriving.
I contacted the company multiple times to resolve the issue and received no response. There has been no update, no timeframe provided, and no offer of a refund for the missing items.
For a business that claims to take pride in packing orders with care and shipping quickly, this experience has been the complete opposite.
The lack of communication and failure to fulfil the order is unacceptable. I am now left with no choice but to escalate the matter further.
Would not recommend.
Poor stitching on handle of push trike
The stitching was undone on the handle of my daughter’s push trike when product arrived. I’ve tried to email and talk to online support but no reply about this does anyone know how I can contact them? I’m so unhappy as we just paid $170 for the bike 😭

I guess I have been lucky - I ordered the 12ft trampoline on the Sunday and it arrived on the Wednesday evening. All parts were present and correct, including a ladder. We wanted a new trampoline with a safety zipless entry and higher weight rating (it is 150kg). I'm really pleased with it and it was much more reasonably priced than others with those features.

We ordered two helmets online as Christmas gifts for our sons. Only one helmet arrived, and the other never showed up.
Since then, both my partner and I have emailed the company multiple times (at least five emails between us) trying to resolve the issue. We have received no response, no explanation, and no resolution.
This is not just poor customer service — it’s non-existent. A missing item and complete silence is unacceptable, especially when the order was for children’s Christmas presents.
I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company. If something goes wrong, don’t expect help, communication, or accountability.

I ordered a 3 wheeled scooter for my son. It came in the wrong colour, and the light up wheels do not work. I emailed Little Nation Australia, and messaged multiple times on their online chat. I even commented on their instagram posts, and the cheeky little….deleted all the comments!!
Please do NOT order from this company. I should have looked at the reviews before hand. Now I’m having to lodge a complaint with my bank as a fraudulent product purchase. So annoying.

I always regret not looking at a merchant's trust pilot page prior to buying from them when they're not a major retailer like Amazon. Like many people who have posted here, I received a product that was damage, missing parts, and not at all meeting the quality expectation that the website led me to believe. I asked for a return and it has been more than two weeks.
Initially, I was asked for a photo of the damaged part. I don't know why this is relevant because I had also told them that I wanted to return it for the other two reasons as well. More than a week later, they ask for more photos (including of the missing part....). I replied that everything was already packaged up (it's extremely difficult to get everything back into the box it was shipped in) and to please just let me know how to return it. That was more than a week ago and I have not heard anything since. It has been taking up space in my home for weeks now.
I emailed them earlier this week that I would request a chargeback with my credit card company if I did not hear anything back by end of week, so that is what I have done today.

The customer service is terrible. We ordered a trampoline, where the sides don't stay up. Raised a ticket with them and got an automated response saying ten day response time. Its now been a month and no response despite chasing. They continue to post on social media, but ignore all feedback around no responding to customers. Do not order from Little Nation

Avoid this company like a plaque. Ordered item on 13.12.2025, today is 03.02.2026. still nothing. Sent at least 10 emails and about 25 them chat tickets and still no response. Unbelievable. So you better order something from China it will arrive five times faster.
Not the best quality
The product I ordered was a crash pad. It was just over £100, unfortunately the quality does not show this. It goes flat straight away and will need plumping up/flipping to gain some shape

Very disappointing experience. I have purchased from this company before and not experienced an issue.
I ordered The Sammy – Play Car Park for my son’s birthday. When I opened the box to assemble it the night before, the essential screws were missing (10 x K screws and 2 x L screws), making the product completely unusable.
I contacted Little Nation immediately and provided photos. I received one initial response asking for clarification and photos, which I had already sent initially. I replied and resent more photos. Since then, I have heard nothing further and the replacement parts have never arrived. I have followed up again and again. It is now late January and I still cannot assemble the product to gift to my son. This company is actively cleansing any negative comments on social media (which are a lot) but do not have the decency to reply to customer service email enquiries.
For a $79.95 product marketed to families at higher end of market, the lack of quality control and, more importantly, the complete absence of follow-up or customer service is unacceptable. A child’s birthday was ruined, and I was left chasing a resolution that never came and had to spend more money on an alternate gift.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience. I am taking this further through official channels of complaint too.

I contacted the company about returning and they asked for evidence of condition (which I provided). I was then told I could return at my own expense.
I paid £6.95 to make the return and, still to this day, have never received my money back.
After countless emails, which are now being ignored, I am now out of pocket for the item and the return delivery cost.
I would never purchase from this company again and urge others not to either.
