Honestly could do better. To hit the main points, basically deposited via paynow, and subsequently via paynow again. First deposit didnt go through, they were unable to locate it. second deposit got refunded. 1 week later, they located the deposit but could not verify ownership of it which they claim, which is ridiculous because they refunded the second deposit 1 week ago right? Now all in all, I see the lack of clarity as whenever requested on for any nessercery documents, I always provided. And till the end of the day, even when grab, confirmed that my fast ref no. Will be pegged to every transaction, they are still unable to locate my deposit. More than likely unwilling I presume. End of the day, after they have done their internal investigations, they concluded that deposit has been deemed permanently lost. And everything moving forward is their final. No possible review or escalation. Trust broken forever gone. Not transparent, everything is they say and decide, please reconsider because its your money and mine.

In this round, I was given the choice to choose between three cards. I had chosen the first card and i could see that the card was chosen. But two seconds later, an automated message came up saying that I had not chosen a card and a random one was chosen - resulting in me having the lowest multiplier that round. How absurd! I normally would not complain if i hadn’t chosen a card as you can check from my history I have lost a lot in the past and have not complained. But if I’m due to win, then I think I should be fairly compensated. I’ve included the game ID here in case anyone wants to investigate this because live support just tells me “no error on their end and they can’t do anything”
update: have reached to customer support and its been almost a month and have NOT heard back from any of them
