In this round, I was given the choice to choose between three cards. I had chosen the first card and i could see that the card was chosen. But two seconds later, an automated message came up saying that I had not chosen a card and a random one was chosen - resulting in me having the lowest multiplier that round. How absurd! I normally would not complain if i hadn’t chosen a card as you can check from my history I have lost a lot in the past and have not complained. But if I’m due to win, then I think I should be fairly compensated. I’ve included the game ID here in case anyone wants to investigate this because live support just tells me “no error on their end and they can’t do anything”
update: have reached to customer support and its been almost a month and have NOT heard back from any of them

In the past the odds were low (most Asia bookies standards) but not as bad as now, now the odds moves noticeable slower and lower its getting ridiculous.
Matches with high potential goals they remove it/ not listed it the ones low scoring matches they listed it. How is this even fair?
Options like over 0.5, 01, 1.5 all these stay thru out the match from begining to the end and odds of coz increases thru time and you're still able to get over 1 at odds of 1+ 2+ in the past but now the options will be cut example you can barely get anything like over 2 goals at the odds of 1+ before it jumps to over 0.75 at odds of 0.5+ 0.6+ and by the time you wait for a better odds the teams already scored. It's like rigged to minimize your profit if you win (winning at over 0.75 goals at odds 0.7+ is very different from winning at over 01 goals at odds 1++) it's literally the worse sportsbook if compare the Europe or western or at least any other medium platforms and everything you complain they just push to "provider" (knn provider also you pick one).
These diamond spinners just waste time only forever it's program rigged to give you the most minimum I think everybody should know.
TLDR: for sportsbook the odds have become worse and options are being restricted, matches with goals they remove it or not even listed it now it feels like literally fraud level. If you want sportsbook please look else where don't try here.
Other sites upgrade to become better and provide customers with more benefits and fun while this gemscums upgrade to become greedier and eat people only. Seriously unfair to a point of scamming already hope one day they will get their punishment.
