Online shopping on GSN
Online shopping on GSN is not something I normally do I did find a ring that I liked but it did not give the size. I used on line chat and they said they couldn't (???) answer my question and referred me to customer service. I called them and they said I should be talking to sales, so I made another phone call. The sales person said he didn't know what size the ring was but the ring was a new item, not an estate or resale item so it should be a 7.
I went ahead and purchased the ring and am hoping that it really is a size 7.
It also would be nice if they included USPS for shipping for online purchases the same as they do if you call into the company.
I think I will just stick to calling them instead of using the online platform.

I dislike the fact that a ring I purchased was already sold.
I dislike the fact that I ordered a Ruby and Diamond ring June 2nd 2024 my credit card was charged but was not told that the ring was already sold. I had to find out two days later when I called to find out about the ring.

Pretty tiny huggie hoop dangly diamond earrings!
I liked the tiny gold huggie hoop earrings with the dangly tiny diamonds. A little expensive for 14k gold earrings- over $600. For tiny tcw of.16 tiny diamonds. They sparkle and the snap closure on the earrings are secure. Just be aware that what you see on the site, the photo is magnified quite a bit on the jewelry so you can see the details. When you receive the product, it’s much smaller than expected. Still a very pretty set of earrings that my daughter will enjoy!

I have been a customer of GSN for…approximately 15 year
I have been a customer of GSN for years, recently buying more items. One of those items was a strand of pearls, represented by the salesperson as being triple A quality with no blemishes. When received, that was obviously not the case.
The show manager, Devon, refused to hear the situation and make any offer to refund the return cost of the misrepresented pearls. His supervisor interceded for the refund, but he continues to be surly and condescending about the situation. This includes a recent interaction that led me to cancel and/or return about $12,000 in materials. More recently, he insisted I go through him to negotiate with a vendor, but refused to talk to me. He topped that off with a remark reasonably construed as homophobic remark in my interaction. I am both disappointed and exasperated by my experience with his lack of customer service.

My first order was very disappointing
My first order was very disappointing, bought from Sonny. My order was a 6 ct. multi color sapphire bracelet in platinum. First off, it looks flimsy and stones are less than desirable, I realize this is not a $5000 piece of jewelry, but for $1700 + shipping and insurance, that is a lot for me, and I don’t consider that cheap by any means. Buyer beware, you cannot remove tag if u want to return. ONLY written on one side! Looks are very deceiving on TV on this particular item anyway.
