They make shopping with Gemshopping, fun and easy. My Customer Service experience has also been excellent. Any question you have they’re able to answer immediately. You never have to wait on hold and rarely do they not pick the phone up on the second or third ring. Took 2 weeks to get here then FedEx had to leave at Dollar General which I then picked up and these earrings were my future daughter in law and were so cheap looking I had to go locate something else now I have been trying to return but can not get RMA number because it shows I haven’t received but I physically picked them up so sad by this experience not what I had expected from GSN

Disappointed
Well the item I ordered was actually stolen in transit so I haven’t received anything yet. I don’t think it’s their fault but it’s hard to be happy about my experience when it’s really awful. I really want to emphasize this was not Gem Shopping’s fault!! I received a message from GSN regarding this issue and they are working with the shipper and their insurance to take care of my loss. They even asked that I reach back to them so they can help me find a perfect replacement! 4 STARS ⭐️

I bought a Pink diamond ring
I bought a Pink diamond ring, payed A lot of money, was told they was real and could sell for double if I wanted to sell it. I just took it to sell. They said that they were not real and “ Are the diamonds Mosinit. They won’t even give me 400.00 for. They are lire’s. DONT BUY ANY OF THERE JEWLERY. I WONT BUY ANYMORE

Wrong address debacle
I placed a purchase of a station pearl necklace on their web site. Whoever handled my order sent it to the wrong address. How they could have done that is beyond me. It was sent to an old address in CA, but when I placed the order I wrote in my current address which is in SC. I called cs and they got a claim going to refund my order which they say would take one to two weeks to investigate.
Everything about the delivery of my order was a debacle from GSN sending to the wrong address, the FEDEX currier having the wrong person sign for it, and the person who signed for it took it knowing full well I don’t live there hence they stole it from me and this all started with GSN sending it to the wrong address to begin with.
This was my first time I’ve ever made a purschase with GSN and my last. They clearly cannot be trusted with something as simple as making sure the correct address is on the package.
I’m still waiting for the refund.
Update:
It took over a month of finagling and getting the run around from customer service to finally get my refund. When I told them I was going to have to contact my financial institution and file a claim against GSN THAT’S when I finally got results. I then received my refund within a few days. Why I had to even go that far is outrageous! They should have just given me the refund as requested instead of stringing me along. They thought I wasn’t going to catch on to their scheme, but I saw exactly what they were trying to do especially after talking with one of the reps and she told me that it would take another 3 more weeks bc they had to contact FEDEX. I knew right then and there they were messing with me. I contacted FEDEX when this whole mess started and they got back to me within a few days, NOT 3 weeks!
I’m just glad I’m done with these people. What a sleazy business this is. How can they even look in the mirror.

I wanted to rate 0 star. After I waited for six days for my online order to arrive, I saw the status was still “processing”. Then I contacted customer service with the order number and account information. What I got was “there was no such order”!! I don’t know what is wrong with the store. But I wasted all the time for the order to come so I could use as a gift. Never had worse experience than this!
