While I think the product itself may be fantastic, it was several days before the purchase on my credit card went from pending to actually bought. Then there is a tremendous amount of days before my product will actually reach me. I ordered the product June 4, 2022. It’s arrival is slated for July 4, 2022. This is a 30 day turnover. I’m not particularly happy about this.

I PLACED AN ORDER W/YOU WEEKS AGO. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE & WAS TOLD THAT MY PACKAGE HAD INFACT ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECIEVE IT. AT THAT TIME THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THAT A REPLACEMENT WOULD BE SENT TO ME. I ASSUMED BEING AS I DID NOT RECIEVE THE INITIAL PACKAGE, OBVIOUSLY IT WAS STOLEN. THEREFORE I ASSUMED THAT THERE WOULD BE A SIGNATURE VERIFICATION REQUIRED AS RECIEPT FOR THE PACKAGE. BUT IT WAS JUST LEFT OUTSIDE MY DOOR ONCE AGAIN... I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN & WAS TOLD THAT BEING AS I PAID EXTRA MONEY FOR INSURANCE THAT I WOULD BE RECIEVING A FULL REFUND BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. THAT WAS IN MAY. Lisa we sent one shipment that shwos as delivered and you never received, we sent a second at our expense and it was never received, we have been trying to issue a refund and your card is not allowing it.
