Beware!!!! Cancelling is a nightmare!!!
First the products themselves are ok. I don’t like the perfume smell so that is why I cancelled my subscription. Cancelling was a nightmare! You can’t cancel online you have to call. I had to call 4 separate times get my subscription cancelled! And I had to pay for the return shipping each time! I would cancel, they promised me it was cancelled and I would return the product unopened, I’d get the refund and 3 months later I’d get a notification that I was getting another shipment! Every time I’d call they’d try to get me to keep it even after I said I didn’t like it, didn’t want it! I just cancelled the 4th time! Hopefully this person actually did their job.

I don’t know which is worse. The disrespectful customer service, or the fact that they don’t go by what their policy states. I purchased several items during her 40% off sale. I wanted to use PayPal over time payment method. I used the option and it was confirmed. A few hours later I was sent an email that stated that the full amount will be taken out. I went ahead and read her cancellation policy, that states you can cancel within 36 hours of placing your order, which is what I tried to do. I was told via chat that I cannot cancel and disregard the policy. And while trying to explain what happened, it seemed irrelevant to him. I placed a duplicate order because of the sale, as PayPal said they would handle it. PayPal reached out to them and coincidently, they responded at the time they made sure it was shipped first, just so they can claim it’s too late. I called customer service and was told a supervisor would call me back because she wasn’t authorized to do anything, but she claimed it would be taken care of. She never responded back! They never called back. Now I have 2 duplicate orders and while they accept returns I still have to pay shipping and make sure the return is accepted by their policies. The cancellation policy I had to disregard but the return policy must go according to their rules. Never again! And I truly loved her products

Disappointed Not Life Changing Variety and the actual creams are nice…
Variety and the actual creams are nice but, for the price I expected even better. I expected life changing. I can get this level from a drug store. No one has said to me I look fantastic what am I using? I plan to cancel my subscription and I hate you were planning to auto renew and have my bank information!

For being so expensive i expected a lot more and as it is ..I was scammed with the total they said I would pay and ended up being like way more .. i didn't like the products. My elf skin care routine is just fine for me . and can y'all please stop trying to auto ship me products on my affirm account , i have declined transactions from June 27 - july 13 /2026 . With transactions trying to be made every two days . I personally called and cancelled my subscription in May 2026 .. is this what Jlo is about ?? The company won’t let a unhappy customer go in peace .i tried to remove my debit card off the website just now and i cant unless i replace it with another .. This is a very sketchy business ..That is basically hacking into my credit card info .even though I verbally unsubscribed on the phone and that was hell to get out of too ..and well Obviously if they keep trying to charge my card that phone call was for nothing because I’m still being charged like member without my consent!! .so be careful when you input your debit or credit card .. it now belongs to jlo beauty and her hacking crew . .. they don’t like to lose customers and will continue to charge you and send you whatever they feel like sending because at that point they could care less . because they have full control of your credit cards .. Worst experience ever !!
