On February 10th I purchased a $64.00 trial set. I wanted to try the small package to see if I like the product. I was not aware that I was signing up for the subscription. On April 13th I received a $90.62 charge from JLO BEAUTY. I guess I was automatically signed up for the subscription, I did not have any knowledge of. When I called to cancel, the lady said I will still need to be charged thru July and gave me a discount to continue with the product subscription. I told her I need to CANCEL! So, I have the following charges:
2/10 $64.00
4/13 $90.67
5/12 $90.67
6/9 $73.58
7/9 $73.62
I received all products but very unhappy with a misleading tactics JLOBEAUTY runs. It's very sad that you are luring people who wants to try the product to subscribe unknowingly. I could have definitely use the money for groceries knowing the cost of gas and food nowadays. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
Please make it easier for consumers to be aware of what we are getting. This is a subscription trap.

I would give it a 5 star if the information was clearly lined out for the trial sizes. It may be different on the site now (idk) but I didn’t realize I was going to be charged like I have been. The product is great. I love the way my face feels and looks. The smell could be improved a bit.

Love the smell of the cleanser
Love the smell of the cleanser. The products last for a while you only need a small amount for an effective result. I would suggest though waiting for the product to dry before adding each layer.
I'm very happy with my purchase of JLO's beauty line.

I have asked you for months to cancel and stop sending me packages. I return them with notes to cancel . But you keep charging me $90 every month. You need to refund my money of several $90 charges and stop sending. It’s been a very bad experience.

STOP with making a subscription automatic. It has happened twice now and then I can't cancel. It is ridiculous. There is no way to cancel on all on my customer portal.
It is so frustrating.
